★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible place to exchange currency. The employee that exchanged money for me seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. She barely said a word to me, did not offer me a receipt, and her overall attitude was horrible.
The exchange rates are decent but most currency exchange stores in Ottawa offer the same rates. If they retain the same customer service standards that they have now I would recommend that you do not give them your business. They do not deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can exchange for currency that is pretty difficult to find so they don't really have that much competition for exchange rates in that regard. It's a very small space and gets pretty busy fast so if you're claustrophobic that's a bit of a warning. They do their job well and as fast as they can. Worth going to!
