Much better experience this visit from Southbank. Joey from the paint warranty section was great and so helpful getting my warranty coverage straightened out and submitted properly. The older gentleman who took my Jeep in for service was great as well and very conscious of my time (sorry didnt get his name). Oil change was much better this time as the interior was not covered in oil and it was completed quickly. This is my first time reluctantly having to bringing a vehicle to the dealer for routine maintenance, however if the service continues as it was today I will have no issues getting and referring work to this location. Free coffee while you wait is a nice touch too ?

Service is quick on the weekends if you get there early and the staff is there to greet you and guide you into the garage. I guess the only issue that I could say is they didn't reset my oil gauge in my truck for the second time. I did it myself but other than that it. Great service and it's my second vehicle I bought there.

Dan was the service representative. He kept me informed of the proposed actions, and asked for my approval before proceeding. He was always pleasant and was able to anticipate my needs. I am mobility impaired and he took that into account during his activities. I went in with the check engine light showing. The car was fixed within the day. Thank you Southbank Dodge.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Southbank Dodge as the worst customer service experience. Coming from a customer service driven field of work, I feel that I was treated poorly and categorize it as chauvinistic and teetering on misogyny. My questions about my first purchase were handled as if I was stupid for asking or voicing concerns. I felt cornered in the last minutes before signing because I did not have a ride home after giving up my rental. Financial manager was condescending, told me he was doing me a favour and that he was skipping on his kick back to give me a lower rate. I raised my concerns with 4 different males in management. One manager told me that he knew the salesmen and can’t believe my complaint but would bring it up. When I finally spoke to GM, I had to follow up with him after 4 business days. This establishment has made it clear that I am not valued or due respect as a coloured female. Southbank Dodge managers need a course on unconscious biases and discriminatory behaviour. Lastly I feel too intimated to come back for any future service/tune ups.

HUGE shoutout to the service department at Southbank Dodge! Dan in service, and Mike (service technician) took amazing care of me and my 2016 Dodge Journey. Made an appointment as my extended warranty was ending and had noticed an engine tick. They inspected the vehicle and diagnosed several issues including brakes, suspension, and also an engine that had bit the dust. All covered by warranty luckily! The parts took a little while to arrive, but they set me up with a loaner on the spot. Impeccable service all around! Would recommend Southbank Dodge 10/10!!! Will definitely get our next vehicle from Southbank when the time comes!

Noticed a oil spot under my Ram and when I investigated, I found that the engine oil pan was rusted and was the cause. After calling my regular dealer for service, they could not see my truck for 14 days. Called Southbank and they gave me an appointment for the following Monday, three days after my call. Decided to bring in my vehicle the same day as my call so they could take a quick look and order the necessary parts. My Ram truck was looked at and I received the repair estimation the same day. All the work was done by the following afternoon, a day ahead of my scheduled appointment. Could not be happier with the service at Southbank and I will be a returning customer. Thanks for the great service!! AAA+++

I first would like to say that all of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming when you enter the dealership. After shopping around and doing many test drives, this dealership is where I had the most comfortable experience when looking. My experience after signing hasn't been too great. I was initially told by one of the sales managers that there would be no problem in locating a car and that they would keep me updated. At one point, I was told that the car was found and that I would be on the road by Friday. Every time they said that they would call and follow-up or give me an update, they didn't. I got a call from another sales manager as the original one I was dealing with was off, and told during that call over a week later, that he was attempting to find me the car, meaning that it wasn't located during previous call. Received another call saying the car was found and that they would have it at the dealership in 2 days. 5 min later received another call saying, that the other dealership didn't actually have it and that it is in transport. I was told again I would be kept up to date on a possible arrival time. Another week later, haven't received any call, so I called for an update. Their tracking system is down and has been for a while. Was told it takes about 2-3 weeks once in transport for the receiving dealership to get the car. As I said, the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. However, very disorganized to the point where the trust isn't there. Not the experience you want when buying a 40k vehicle.

I found a car that I absolutely loved and I went in for a test drive. Charlie the salesman was amazing in getting the car prepared for me and giving me all the specs. Very professional and just a really good guy! I decided to go ahead and buy the car and was directed to Hussain in the financing department. This guy goes way out of his way to make sure that you are taken care of and does whatever it takes to get the deal done. The whole dealership is just an amazing experience. I definitely recommend them and will definitely use them next time either when my wife upgrades or when I need something else. Thank you to all of you who made my dream come true with my new Mustang.
