The employees we interacted with, Ziad, Younes, Mike, Ralph, yourself, even the kind lady at the front desk, were very friendly, courteous, attentive to our needs and so professional. Everyone was genuinely focusing on making us walk out with what we came in for, a 2022 Sportage SX, with the intention of being one of the first to lease the new 2023 Sportage Hybrid SX when it comes available.
Because of everyone's efforts, we were able to lease exactly what we came in for, and in such a fast turnover. We were so impressed and we still cannot believe how fast we walked in and out coming home with my brand new Sportage. Ziad was super friendly to deal with and helped with the reaffirmation that it was the vehicle I wanted. When it came to financing, in a very tough time to be needing a vehicle, dealing with Sunny was a pleasure and he definitely went out of his way to find a solution that worked for me to help me with getting the vehicle last week. Great experience with these 2 and I love the vehicle so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very pleasant. Justin my salesperson was awesome to deal with. Down to earth, no sales pressure at all. He even went as far to go out to the car in minus -26 to show me all the features. I had to empty stuff from my car into the new one and with a smile and enthusiasm he said let me help you! I feel he went above and beyond. Ralph the finance guy was very pleasant as well and we had a nice conversation. Dont hesitate to give them a shot when you're looking for a car.
