My family has been a patient of Dr. Ghantous since the opening of the clinic. My son is very very fussy usually but with you, he cooperates very well. Best dentist in town.

Since I was little, I have absolutely hated going to the dentist, I have so much anxiety for day's before hand, that I loose sleep! Dr. Ghantous is the only dentist that has ever been able to curb that anxiety. I started seeing her in Cornwall about 16 years ago, it had been about 12 years since I had been to the dentist and I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of work that needed to be done. When I moved to Ottawa for work, I would make the drive back to Cornwall specifically for dental appointments. I was super happy when she opened a new practice here in Ottawa, now I don't have to drive an hour and a half for my dental appointments. Her team is incredibly professional and sympathetic to my anxiety, her assistants have held my hand and wiped my tears when the panic became too much. Dr. Ghantous is patient and methodical, taking the time to explain each and every step to whatever procedure I'm having so that my anxious imagination doesn't get the better of me. The office manager is knowledgeable and fun to chat with and always makes me feel more relaxed. She takes the time to go over my insurance so they can prioritize my most important dental issues and maximize my insurance money while still making sure my dental work is getting done before it becomes a major problem. They almost always call to check up on me after appointments. I have recommended Smiles on Bank to a number of friends and family members and they keep going back too. I highly recommend going to see the team at Smiles on Bank.

I’m giving a 5 star review for my whole experience at the clinic. Very professional team work, working under high standards of care from the beginning till the end on my experience. Precise appointment time, priority for hygeine, good covid precautions and great patient care. Last but not least Dr Ghantous’ magical hands that did my root canal smoothly without even a tiny bit of pain. Really thankful and would definetly recommend this clinic.

I first visited this dentist in an emergency (painful infection) after years of neglecting my teeth. I used to be scared of going to the dentist and ignored it until it was too late. Now I get all my dental work done here, I’ve had my cleanings what seems like countless fillings done here, and it’s stress and pain free. I recommend this dentist to my friends.

Unfortunately, I've had a few negative experiences from alternate Dentists in Ottawa, and Dr. G has eased all concerns I ever had. She is patient, honest, genuine and does outstanding work! I've been going to her for all of my dental emergencies and she has accommodated me almost instantly. I'm excited to finally be a patient of hers, and recommend her to anyone I meet in need of dental care. Additionally, all assistants and hygienists have been so welcoming and attentive. Nothing but good things to say about this office! :)
