I was told I had four cavities, gum disease, that I had to come for cleanings every 3 months, and that I needed to go to a gum specialist. I was shocked, since I’ve never had issues with my teeth or gums in the past. I went to my old dentist for a second opinion and was happy to hear my teeth and gums are 100% healthy and I have no cavities. If this denist claims you have dental problems then I highly recommend that you get a second opinion to avoid being scammed.

I Purposely make appointments mid afternoon yet they call the late afternoon or morning of to bump up the appointment. I'd get charged fee's for doing this but they seem to be above this and think we work for them. Unprofessional!! People can't just leave work whenever it's convenient for the hygienist. Very high staff turnover at this location as well. Constantly filling out forms for information they have had for years. A simple has this info changed question will suffice.

I rarely need work on my teeth over and above a cleaning / polishing. Katie is the best hygienist that I have ever had. She is professional and capable yet very social and perky. I always look forward to seeing her. Dr.B is also the best dentist that I've ever had, very friendly and capable. He can freeze your mouth with the absolute minimum discomfort which is important and so appreciated. As an added bonus, the clinic calls / e-mails to remind you of your next appointment. Oh yes, they now have a TV on the ceiling over the chair so that you can watch Netflix during your session. Fantastic! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
D	DEVIN ROWLANDSON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: You called me at 7:15pm on a Sunday, which is kind of rude time to expect someone to answer a merchant call. It's not like I can just return the call from the number you called me at, I get an automated system. And you know very well you are taking advantage of insurance maximizing the amount you can bill at the time, well being, and inconvenience of your customers while making sure to follow within the legal limits of the Ontario system. You burned through all my units of my insurance without properly treating any of the main issues on my teeth and now I have to wait even longer to get treatment from someone who actually knows what they are doing... Extremely incompetent they are real amateurs here in all aspects of service. I needed a couple filings but each time I go for treatment they make up some other non-sense they want to perform and my dental health is never getting properly treated. They will split up one appointment into two on the same afternoon so they can double charge you. After 9 months and 6 visits the initial problem with my teeth still has not been worked on and they keep overcharging me for my visits. I am extremely disappointed with this place, STAY AWAY!
