I brought my 2020 Civic in due to an annoying rattling sound. Thought it might be a rock in the tire. Turned out to be even simpler to fix than that, arm not secured was rattling on the engine. The dealership graciously fixed the problem quickly and waived their fee. I was very grateful!

My one-year-old Honda CRV was recently stolen. This market is not favorable to those in need of a vehicle. I finally located a dealership with the car I was looking for. I made contact with a sales representative from Hunt Club Honda yesterday and initiated the purchase of a new vehicle. After sending in my drivers license and insurance information this morning, the sales person reached out to tell me the GM is refusing to sell me the car because I don't live in the Ottawa area. This dealership priced the car $1000 OVER msrp and I was going to incur a lot of additional expense to go pick it up. After 21 years of being loyal to Honda, I'm done. Terrible way to treat a customer.

Bought a used car with extended warranty. After 2 years took car in for warranty related work. Was not given a loaner car. Was not given shuttle service. Was given wrong price info for preferred car rental rates at Hertz. Suspect mechanics spent more time joy riding my car then diagnosing the problem. After 2 days of them "still figuring it out" I took the car home and went somewhere else.

Overall had a terrible experience with them. For my first appointment they wait for me to arrive before telling me they didn't have the parts available. They said they would contact me when they arrived. Two weeks later no one had reached out so I called. The parts had come in (no one notified me) but I needed to get the work done so i booked an appointment with them. My second visit after dropping off the car. I am called to come pick it up, that the work is done. I return to a car that won't start. Then I go on to receive conflicting stories of what happened. But at the end of the day I dropped off a car that started and had to come back to a car that wouldn't start. So I had to pay for them to fix an issue, that I honestly believe they caused. And they didn't offer a shuttle bus or loaner car, so for each of these trips I had to find my on way there. So like I said, horrible experience, would not recommend anyone go there. Next vehicle will definitely not be a Honda.

On October 8, 2020 I had my 2014 Honda Accord in for regular pre-winter servicing. At that time I was informed that I needed to replace the right rear brake caliper and was quoted a price of $569.27 plus tax for the repair. This discovery followed close upon extensive brake work performed in April 2020. Not being an automobile mechanic I can't say for sure that the faulty caliper should have been diagnosed and repaired/replaced at that time, but the failure to do so seems a bit strange. Nonetheless, not realizing that the affected part was covered by the comprehensive seven-year warranty that I had purchased back in 2013 and which was due to expire in December 2019, I approved the recommended repair/replacement and was told that the part would be ordered and I would be called when it came in. However, in the end I never received a call back to schedule the repair. Returning in February 2021 to the dealership following a safety recall, I was reminded by the service department that the right rear caliper had seized. At this point I decided to look at the details of my seven-year warranty. Finding that the warranty covered repair/replacement of the car's brake calipers, I called the service department to determine whether Honda would cover the cost of the required repair/replacement under the terms of the expired warranty, as the problem was clearly identified before the warranty had expired in December. Over the past several months I have attempted to make contact with Hunt Club Honda through numerous phone calls, messages left asking for return calls, promised return calls, emails and, most recently, contacting Honda Canada (who, while explaining that my issue was one that only the dealership could resolve, noted that they had asked the service manager at Hunt Club Honda to contact me directly). I have yet to have had anyone from the dealership respond to my request for information in this matter. My feeling is that, in the interest of proactively good customer support, Hunt Club Honda should have initially flagged the caliper repair as falling under the existing warranty and provided me with assurance that, if the part arrived after the expiration date of the warranty, the repair would still be covered under the warranty. Otherwise, what was to prevent them from simply waiting out the remaining months to the expiration of the warranty and charging me the full price for the repair? What is most annoying and frustrating, though, is Hunt Club Honda’s seeming refusal to communicate with me to discuss this issue. What a way to treat a (previously loyal) customer.

Just bought a 2022 Honda HR-V- Really pleased with the attention to detail by Chris. He understood the products and systems and took the time to understand what we needed in a new vehicle.. He made sure we understood all the various fees and charges. We toured the facility and met the service team. The car was was ready ahead of agreed time and was immaculate. As a new car should be. Appreciated the follow up.

Splash shield was bent pretty bad, brought in to this location after speaking with Mike the service manager. He was super friendly, helpful and I can say I received excellent customer service. I really appreciated the break he gave me on the repair price as well for also doing an oil change here. Definitely coming back to see you Mike!

This 5-star rating goes to Tom, thank you very much for all that you have done. We had a very pleasant experience and really felt at home talking to you. I would highly recommend you specifically as the agent for people looking into buying a car. You were very knowledgeable and cleared a lot of foggy details about the car and the deal. Also to all of Hunt Club Honda team, thank you for trying to meet almost all of my wife's demands, haha.. For our next car, we will be getting it on your dealership, Tom, wait for that. Thank you very much again!
