When I returned with a deposit (which he had already agreed to) he told me I wasn't serious about the car and that he was selling it to someone else. So either you came up with a story to try and force a sale or you have no sense of responsibility to a customer who had already agreed to a deposit on a car. Not a respectable way to run a business. Don't buy any cars from here, they don't deserve your money. Edit: the owner reply is correct, Google had this as the only business at this address at the time of review. Avoid FN Auto.

R	RichRC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service by a real master mechanic and gentleman ... this is my 2nd time having some work done on my car there ... and I'm even more impressed with the actual straight forward no nonsense service , Mr Gjukaj is clearly a real master mechanic, he told me straight up how much and how long ... no extra this or that at the end of the service ... he also showed me valuable important things I should be looking to change sooner rather than later ... I really appreciated that ... overall I'm very happy to have found this quality garage, I highly recommend this place.

They try to find the most cost effective way to deal with the problem, and present you with all the available options. With a synthetic oil change at 55$ (no hidden fees) you can't get better prices than that anywhere in Canada. Their prices might be low, but their work is very professional and they use high quality parts. I drive all the way from Gatineau to service my car there... And it's definitely worth it! I came because of the promo price, but stayed because of the service standards and honesty, which is a rare thing to get in this industry.

Val is very helpful and explained to me in detail what my car needs. He got the car part that I needed and got the job done the same day. Would definitely recommend this place.
