★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing first experience last year. Steering wheel was miss aligned after recalled clockspring repair completed. Haven't brought my car back since.
Still need to buy OEM parts from time to time. Good experiences with the parts department, always helpful.
Edit: After being contacted by Hunt Club VW, I brought my vehicle back. They ensured the wheel was centered on the colum. They then found an alignment problem and corrected it.
I was surprised to have an alignment issue as one was done earlier this year, somewhere else. I immediately noticed the difference on the drive home. Didn't charge me for the alignment adjustment either, very satisfied Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of dealership still doesn’t have a shuttle service after 2 years of Covid. And by the way. I was sold the car by being told that they do have a service. Absolutely ridiculous trying to plan services with a young child at home without a service. I would have never purchased from this location if I knew this in advance. Also they do not provide loaner vehicles.
Also in my first service they broke something out of the front of the car and still haven’t called me update me on the where the break happened. And they were in such a rush to finish the service that they left part of the computer upgrade in the car ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a used car for my son from Hunt Club VW and I don’t typically do reviews however this time I needed to express my gratitude to our fantastic sales consultant Nicolas Prazeras for the exceptional service. Nicolas was very courteous and professional right from the first time we stopped by the dealership until the we received the vehicle and post sale follow ups. He provided updates along the way and was always responsive to my calls and never pressured us in any way.
The entire sales and finance staff were also very engaged and responsive to our needs. I definitely would buy another vehicle from Hunt Club VW and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The management dealt with us very professional considering we had to wait a LONG TIME AND complained trough out the process!!Took care of us the best they could considering the circumstances… we appreciate the great LENGTH THEY WENT TO. In order to accommodate our situation… !! Thank you to everyone!! Upon the situation getting resolved after a long wait the outcome and the way they returned the car was LIKE NEW!!!

The button under the rear view mirror is missing after my windshield replacement this Tuesday. I know it looks like a tiny issue but it is also kind of annoying, whenever I need to dim the mirror, I had to touch and push that pointy blue plastic left there. Other than this, service is good, friendly staff, appreciate the car wash as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John Gilchrist and his team at Hunt Club Volkswagen are second to none! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and it won't be my last. My trade in appraisal was more then I was expecting and the new jetta has all the options and then some. With the car shortages we were impressed to get exactly what we wanted. Sabrina had all the paperwork ready to go and was great to deal with! John even took the time to go through the different tint options to make sure my wife was happy and safe. The attention to detail and the way I was treated was exceptional. I even met the owner Irene (who happened to be there) with hand shake and a nice chat.
When the paper work was done Brogan was a real professional, he knew every feature of the car and walked me through the setup and personalization of all the tech. We were even able to customize the cabin accent lighting before I headed home.
We will definitely refer friends and family to Hunt Club VW I feel like I'm part of the family now....
Oh yeah and we got the car 2 weeks before we were scheduled too!!
You guys knocked it out of the park!
