We purchased a recent model used vehicle this week and our experience was very good! Our sales advisor Redwan was excellent β€” helpful, friendly and a joy to work with. Questions we had for Moe in finance were answered promptly and the entire process was pretty smooth with a few tiny hiccups along the way. Thank you, we’re very happy with our purchase!

I personally had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Toyota RAV4 at this dealership from the get-go. I initially reached out via email about trading in my 2010 Honda Civic and Courtney promptly booked me in for an appraisal the following weekend. I met with Hassan and he was very knowledgeable and forthright with me every step of the way, especially regarding the delays due to the pandemic. I'm First Nations and both Hassan and Moe made the entire tax exemption process completely painlessβ€” which honestly, speaking from experience, is very uncommon in most settings. Overall it was a great experience. Very refreshing! I highly recommend this shop.

I've finally found my retirement car. It had been a good 6 years and had no idea my old car would be put on an online auction. How times have changed and I put poor Alex through the ringer. He remained calm, explained the process and we then continued. Looked at a classy 2020 Toyota Corolla and met Moe to start the paperwork and sealed the deal by the end of the week. Some confusion, with my credit card but Moe is a professional whom keeps his word and all was rectified. Many thanks to Alex, Moe and all the other kind people. You are the best.

I highly recommend this dealership for their excellent integrity shown when I brought in my dying car recently. The service manager went out of his way to help me and ultimately saved me much trouble and many costs. My experience with Bank Street Toyota has been very disappointing. I brought my car in for servicing last Wednesday which was supposed to take 12–48 hours max. This ended up being delayed 3 times due to missing parts/error in installation. This, I was understanding of because I understand the delay in parts is out of their hands and mistakes happens and they were upfront about it. However the reason I am writing this review is the complete radio silence on communication. I have not heard anything from Toyota since Friday, the day before the storm. It is now Thursday, 6 days later and there has been 0 communication. I understand the shop lost power, as many did. However 6 DAYS with NO communication to say that my car has not been damaged or even ruined during the storm is completely unacceptable. To simply have a staff member send an email to everyone (you would think someone at this store has power at home…) who has their cars with Toyota to confirm that they’re car survived the storm would have been GREATLY appreciated. Again, had this been a few days I would have understand but 6 days is simply not okay. Please, keep your customers in the loop. Edit: I emailed the email you provided 5 days ago (Thursday) and have not received any reply. The phone isn’t being answered at parts. Can I please have an email of someone who monitors their email? Thank you.

We just got our new vehicle a couple of weeks ago. A big shout out to Rob who helped us navigate the whole process. We came in with a precise idea of what we wanted and Rob was extremely respectful and helpful and managed to get us exactly what we were looking for. He kept us posted every step along the way and was very easily reachable. When the need arises again, Bank Street Toyota will definitely be our first stop.

We just completed the purchase of a 2022 Toyota at Bank Street Toyota and had a wonderful experience. Rob, the sales person we dealt with, listened carefully to what we were looking for, made logical recommendations, and then processed our request efficiently. He was honest, patient and used common sense to help us choose a trim level for our selected vehicle. His assessment for our trade reflected current market trends. He was easy to reach to verify the delivery date. This is what the car buying experience should be like. Mouhamed, in finance, was also very helpful and great to deal with. He was not pushy and made sure we had all the information we needed on financing and extended warranties to make the proper choice to suit our needs and budget. We would highly recommend Bank Street Toyota for purchasing a vehicle if you are hoping for a straight forward, common sense, and transparent vehicle shopping experience.

I visited this Toyota dealership back in October after visiting a couple of others to purchase my first car. I was lucky to deal with Alex, he was patient and nice enough to answer all my questions in a straightforward manner without being pushy about selling. Also honest about how delays were looking because of the pandemic which was much appreciated! I also dealt with Moe from finance, he also was very helpful and managed to help me through the process of purchasing my car which I absolutely love. If you come to this dealership, you are in good hands!
