I brought in my older car for some maintenance my local shop couldn't handle. The staff was responsive and friendly. I felt like I was treated better than fairly, and I'm confident that the repairs on my car were completed correctly. Overall, I'm very pleased with Otto's. 5 stars. 10/10. Excellent work. Honestly, I expected I'd be paying a huge premium for the premium service my car & I received. That wasn't the case at all - well within reason.

Recently purchased an X3 from Otto's and had a fairly good experience. Our sales rep. was Tyler and he was very patient with us and well prepared to answer questions. Gave us enough time to test drive the vehicle and take our time with the decision. Josh, who is the business manager was equally helpful and presented us with multiple options and helped us with several changes in structuring the deal. Finally, Moe the product guy gives you a full rundown of the vehicle you are purchasing so make sure you budget enough time for vehicle pickup day.

Tyler Tobin!! Tyler Tobin!! Remember this salesperson’s name at Otto’s BMW. Have his name etched in your brain when you think BMW. Tyler is a TRUE PRO when it comes to product knowledge, consultation, customer service and an all around nice guy that puts his clients first. I promise you. I’d never buy another BMW from any other salesperson for as long as I remain on this planet. Tyler is THE man!! 7 months my car was on order and he put up with me each and every time I had a question, inquiry or comment. I shopped three other BMW dealerships in Toronto before making my purchase with Tyler. He arranged for a driver to pick me up from the train station and the rest was history. The entire dealership cheered me on once I arrived. I saw big smiles everywhere once greeted which is a true testament that this dealership is run right from a management perspective top down. I had a chance to meet the owner who you’ll see in one of the pics attached. She was super classy, kind, nurturing and so happy for my purchase. The last vehicle I came out of was a 2020 Range Rover Velar which was a hot looking vehicle but nothing compared to my brand new Verde Hermes 2022 BMW X6M sport package. Shop Foreman RON PARK is a genius at these cars. How do I know? He previously worked on my 2012 BMW Z4 convertible when I needed his expertise on a few performance tweaking matters. BILL METCALFE, General Manager is a class act who knows my business partner Dan Cooper back in Oakville, Ontario. Big Smiles from Sales Manager, DUSKO DAKIC who made me feel at home when Tyler was running around doing all the necessary things to have my car FULLY prepped (to my satisfaction) before I drove off the lot. And, finally who can forget Bubbly Moe with his technical on-boarding skills who showed me the ins and outs of how to operate the luxury features the X6 has to offer. All and all this is an exceptional dealership that will find you the right vehicle, at the right price, with the right financing terms and will make the overall customer service experience seamless which to me is priceless! Dealership service and quality of the vehicle made it a top rated experience throughout the process. My sales rep, Tyler Tobin, made the entire experience so positive. His knowledge of the vehicle and his ability to understand my needs resulted in a transaction that made me feel good about the purchase. From the time we ordered the vehicle in September, 2021 to when it arrived in March of 2022, he kept in touch and shared in my excitement about the vehicle. Tyler made this the best vehicle purchase experience that I had in over 45 years of vehicle ownership. I was impressed that the General Manager, Bill, introduced himself and chatted. I also was impressed with Donald, Business Manager, who has excellent sales and people relationship building skills. He was a real pleasure to deal with. The entire process over the last six months was smooth and enjoyable. The dealership staff really made me feel special and are obviously very customer focused. After buying an incredible X1 from Otto's with my wife a month ago (our first BMW purchase in 40 years of vehicle ownership), I returned and bought a very sporty M235i. I have discovered that a BMW is truly a luxury vehicle engineered to perform at the safest and highest levels of the driving experience. My interactions with all dealership staff at Otto's BMW (Eric, Joshua, Moe, reception, service [Michael] and parts), were polite, friendly, professional, accommodating and caring. My entire BMW shopping experience at Otto's was a pleasure and I look forward doing it again.

On the first day, I went in to inquire about a vehicle, and the atmosphere from the get-go was exciting. I was impressed with the professionalism. Everyone was delightful, smiling and polite. The salesperson Joel was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. He kept me informed from beginning to end, and it was a great experience. The young lady who gave me a tutorial on my car on pick-up was very bubbly, friendly, and knowledgeable—a great experience from beginning to end. I now look forward to every drive!
