Honestly, her dress picks were so on point I could have gone with any of them. She really took the time to understand what my needs were and what I wanted in a dress... and we were able to narrow it down to the one! I am so in love with my dress and cannot wait to wear it! M	Mireille Sylvester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at La Maison Bridal Boutique. My sales associate Raine was really patient and never pushy, which I really appreciated. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options that were within my budget range. She was also always transparent when a dress was a bit pricier than I wanted, and would even do the math to include what alterations would cost! I appreciated her help tremendously. I ended up saying yes to a dress that was never on my radar when I was looking at the website, so I’m very glad I went I to try dresses on - I had picked 3-4 dresses to try on from the website and none of them felt right. They were all gorgeous in person, and the fabric and quality were wonderful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because some of the sample dresses are in pretty rough shape, with beading falling off, broken zippers, and in one case, nearly all of the buttons at the back had fallen off one of the sample dresses. The good news is that La Maison can fix these dresses for you if you buy them off the rack, but in most cases I found the discount wasn’t worth the quality of the dress. A big thank you to Raine! I can’t wait to pick up my dress!

I am rating a 2 because in my opinion the sample/sale dresses I tried on (planned my wedding late and am getting married in two months) were in rough shape. Many of them had the make-up of other brides on the inside, beading falling off, and even a zipper that stuck and ripped the dress. It's a beautiful store and lovely experience, but the state of the sample dresses I tried on did not do it any justice. Yes, I know you get what you pay for when you buy "off the rack", but the quality control of these dresses should be a bit better.

My consultant, Kate was such a joy to work with throughout the whole process and I loved her bubbly, sweet and fun personality. This place hits differently as I could tell they sincerely wanted to help me find my dream dress as a bride to be. I didn't feel pressured nor rushed in my decision. The salon is well- organized and clean and offered a wide variety of style of dresses. I felt like that influenced my decision by saying yes to the dress. I had such a wonderful experience at La Maison and I highly recommend making your first appointment here before going anywhere else!

The questionnaire I filled out really helped her guide me with where to start. I was allowed to bring my group of girls without any hesitation of number limits, and we all felt very comfortable and welcome in our space. I had so many options of dresses to choose from and I was SO happy to find the perfect dress for my perfect day! La Maison Bridal was such a great experience and I am looking forward to wearing my perfect dress! Highly recommend this bridal studio!!

She was fantastic! I tried on a variety of dresses and ultimately ended up finding THE dress for me with her help. The booking process was easy, the follow ups were helpful, and their staff was great at setting out a timeline for me and alterations. Since my wedding is a short timeline, I was able to buy my dress off the rack (I understand that is an option for most dresses here). I definitely recommend La Maison Bridal Boutique to anyone looking to buy their wedding dress, especially if you are on a short timeline.

My consultant was Kate and she was an absolute joy! She was super personable, and friendly! She really listened to my preferences( she asked if she could make a suggestion of a dress she had in mind, and when I tried it on it was exactly what I was looking for.) She joked with us, made me feel confident and comfortable, all while making my bridal guests feel involved every step of the way. I will be purchasing my dream dress at this location, purely based on the quality of the dresses and the exceptional customer service!

The team went over and above to ensure they had a sample of my dream dress (a style they do not usually carry) flown in from the brand just for my appointment. After saying yes to the dress in Dec 2019 & postponing our 2020 wedding; I had the pleasure of returning in August 2021 for alterations. Despite having lost weight & only having a month to work on my dress; the team were able to make everything fit like a glove & even schedule me in for an extra appointment during wedding week to make sure it was perfect. I also love they they are a one-stop shop as I was able to get my veil and headpiece there to complete my look.
