Staff books appointments by email with just over an hours notice. couldnt make and asked for him to call me, as wed originally made. didnt cal i guess its below his bad reputation to do so. College of Physicians should tune this incompetent clown up. have lab results with serious indicators out of range. refuses to call. Quack.
A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time with this clinic. We left in frustration after repeated last-minute appointment cancellations which threw off our overall treatment plan. Additionally, we would routinely be taken in for treatment anywhere between 45-75 (!) minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time.
N	Nic M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why they bother booking appointments when they just end up cancelling EVERY single appointment. Makes me wonder why. Really frustrating when you are busy and try to book around work schedule. If your doctor refers your here probably best to ask to look for a different referral.
G	Guy Lavallee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service. They rarely answer their phone, but if you leave a message, they never return the calls!! We were referred here by our family doctor, but when I finally took my elderly father for his appointment (after they had cancelled and rescheduled on us), the “Doctor” spent all of 2 minutes assessing his condition. He told us he wanted us to come in for a follow up in 3 weeks, but they have literally cancelled and rescheduled EVERY appointment we have booked with them. And of course they only ever cancel your appointment on the DAY OF your appointment, after you’ve already adjusted your work schedule to come in. It’s always “the doctor isn’t feeling well today”, or “the doctor won’t be in the clinic today”. We have since asked our family doctor for a referral to a new dermatologist, and we will never set foot in this wildly unprofessional “doctor”s office ever again. Not even sure how this practice stays open!! Anyway, if you are referred to this clinic, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I had an appointment booked for 21MAR2022 but got a call the week before that the Dr decided he isn't working Mondays anymore. I was scheduled for mid April however I am trying to cancel the appointment as I only get off every 4th Monday from work to do personal appointments etc.

( I would have appreciated a timely phone call in advance but after reading other reviews I see this is a common occurrence) Facing yet another two weeks of needless worry and health concerns, I called my family Doctor and they referred me to another Dermatologist in the city. Much to my relief this other clinic saw me the very next day. Tomi Clinic needs better communication...especially given the nature and importance of catching malignant moles in their early stage. At times mere weeks can mean the difference between living and dying.
S	Sheetal Vijayann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple last minute cancellations with no regard for patients’ time. Three weeks in a row now that I’ve had a last minute cancellation with no regard. Appointments are cancelled within the hour of scheduled time. Front desk staff inform that doctor has not attended clinic for weeks but cancellations continue to happen at the last minute, with little to no information on when doctor’s return can be reasonably expected. Staff seem frustrated and are handling the situation by rescheduling as if they expect him to return each day but apparently get word from the doctor each morning of his absence. I had called to check if my appointment would be cancelled tomorrow as it’s been the 3rd rescheduled appointment. I’m glad I did and saved myself from lost time because another last minute cancelled was coming tomorrow. They had no intention of following up with me today about tomorrow’s expected cancellation. I’m glad I called. Cannot rate the doctor as I never got the chance to receive his care even after 3 appointments were scheduled. The experience with his clinic, the service received and what seems apparent of his management gets 1 star.
