Dr Sharma did an excellent job on fillers for sunken areas under my eyes and botox for some pretty deep wrinkles. I look refreshed in a natural way and love the results! He is an artist and very passionate about what he does and is very kind and caring. He is a perfectionist and detailed, both of what you want when someone is working on your face. I was a bit nervous this time with the added botox and a small amount of lip filler but was given clear details every step of the way and so wonderful to have a follow up call the next day. The clinic is incredibly clean and the staff are wonderful. Dr Sharma is so very generous of his time and gifts. Highly recommended!

I got my FUE hair transplant from Dr.Sharma last year. The whole experience from initial assessment to surgery to after care was amazing. This was my second hair transplant.I got my first hair transplant in India but it didn’t yield good results. I did my research for my second hair transplant and decided to go with Dr. Sharma and I am glad I did. I am now 10 months post op and have a full head of hair with a natural looking hairline. I definitely recommend Dr. Sharma and his team.

Had my consultation with Dr. Sharma, and he's nothing but genuine and professional. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the mess up the staff had regarding to my prescription and how rude and unprofessional the receptionist Amber was, which made me decide not to proceed with my hair transplant procedure with them. Long story short, during my consul, Dr. Shama agreed to prescribe my medication for 3 months after I asked if he'd be willing to as it's inconvenient for me to drive to my GP. Then I went to the front desk inquiring my prescription and Amber told me the doctor was in an another appointment but she'd forward my message and have the prescription faxed to my farmacy the next day. The next morning, I received consent forms from Amber and completed them promptly, yet I never heard anything back from the Amber for several hours, then I decided to call the office and ask the whereabouts of my prescription. After I got on the phone, the receptionist told me, the nurse, who was in the treatment room with me, told her that the doctor asked me to go talk to my GP for prescription, which I denied, and told amber that it was the case, but after I asked for a favor, Dr. Sharma was willing to write me the prescription so I don't have to drive a long way to my GP to get the medication. Then Amber told me the doctor is out of the office until next week when I will be away for work and theres nothing she can do. So I said to Amber that I am going to reschedule then, (as I was planning to have my surgery with them after my consul), then Amber got confused by why I said reschedule even though my surgery wasn't scheduled,.which made me feel they didn't care for me as a potential patient and she HUNG UP on me even I was still talking. Please, someone tell me, how on earth I'd be willing to pay thousands of dollars for a team, who messed up my prescription, didn't even bother to apologize and I had to take Amber's attitude?! On the flip side, I do give Alex a thumb up for trying to rectify this situation, but unfortunately, there's no way I'd go into a clinic and bearing some nasty and hostile attitude from a front desk staff.

Every staff member brings their A game and instantly makes you feel comfortable – it goes to show the impeccable leadership provided by Dr. Sharma. Everyone is incredibly genuine and so knowledgeable. Dr. Sharma was very attentive of my needs and concerns and provided realistic insights to help me make the best decision for myself. A massive thank you to Dr. Sharma and his team for making my ‘out of comfort’ journey as comfortable as possible. I received both under eye filler and hair restoration surgery from Dr. Sharma. Dr. Sharma is very meticulous and a medical professional who takes his craft very seriously. The under eye filler treatment well exceeded my expectations.
