She gives holiday discounts without me asking and works on my schedule, very flexible if you need to change an appointment or do it earlier in the day or later in the evening. I’ve been going to Suzanne for at least 7 years and won’t go anywhere else.

I barely have any hair popping up in the treated areas. I appreciated the honesty in Suzanne telling me that it would take a good year of treatments. That way I was prepared and continued with treatments because I knew how long the process would take. Now I can basically go see her when I see any new hair growth, which should be much less often. Suzanne runs on time, so I know when I have an appointment at a certain time, I will be treated and can make plans after that, no problem. Her business is centrally located so it’s convenient for a lot of people to get to and the parking in the back is easy and always available. Suzanne is very friendly and always has a smile and welcoming face when I arrive and she always makes sure I am comfortable during the treatments. I highly recommend Elite Electrolysis.

I did some research and found Suzanne in December 2020. She is fantastic and I am hardly bothered by my unwanted hair growth now.
