I've been with Dr. Adam for a couple of years now. My experience has always been outstanding both with him and his staff! Of course, if or when they're busy isn't it just common courtesy to politely wait. They are amazing at keeping you informed as you're there too!

Fantastic young sharp Dr. -Super friendly staff. He knew what he was doing, friendly, thorough and found a skin melanoma right away. The place is clean. A bit hard to find but it's downstairs.did I mention, super friendly staff?!!!

I have had a nothing but a positive experience with Dr Adams. He was quick to assign me to another Cancer Specialist when he saw a serious wound that had developed. I feel he takes my issues seriously and does follow up. If there is any issue it his Staff may be a bit too protective of his time .

Same negative exp, I came for my itchy scalp and he gave some ointments but none of them works. Its not about the ointments but maybe it was a wrong diagnosis of my skin problem. *sigh

Misdiagnosed with eczema, I indicated that I've had eczema ALL my life...andthis was WAYYY beyond.i told him I thought it was lymphoma and he rudely put hand up in my face, saying NO. But 8 months later..I found a derm that biopsied and YES I had the exact cancer I had suggested. He didn't thoroughly assess me and spent literally 30 seconds with me. This man should not have a license!! He's a hack!

(5 years ago) I left this Dr.s office swearing "I'd never return". He was just arrogant. He appeared offended when asked a few questions about Tea Tree Oil and implied that I was insulting, disregarding his diagnosis and refusing his prescribed treatment. He said if I used tea tree oil he'd make sure no other dermatologist in Durham would see me. I laughed LOL. I wouldn't bother even with this review except I see things haven't changed. IMHO: The Dr needs a course in *how to practice empathy & compassion in client care*. NOW I'm searching in Durham Region for another skin Dr, I'm wondering if I'm blacklisted.
