★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually make google reviews unless i have exceptional good service or horrible experience. I have worked in customer service/fast food for over 10 years. This location has the worse customer service ever since it opened. My review will probably not get attention from management or owner but at least customers can see. The staff are not friendly at all and disorganized. I have several experiences where food is missing, very slow service and rude staff but I usually let it go, now I really have to say something. The food is good and it's fresh but the experience is negative due to staff. They just place your order on the counter with other people's order even when it's not complete, everytime. They don't tell you the rest are coming which causes people to make mistakes on grabbing orders. They can at least say "sorry the rest are coming shortly", they leave you hanging for awhile and when you tell them some of your orders are missing they just slam it in front of you, make some excuse and walk away. When I order a sandwich on drive thru they often give me the sandwich without a bag and napkins, just by itself LOL. They don't smile, no guest recovery, no accuracy and very loud talking about personal matters. I just wish they make experience better so then I don't have to go further to another fast food just to avoid the rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a guy who at the drive thru who always sends you away by saying “thanks have a good day” without checking if he’s given you all if your order. I never miss a thing cause I know what I ordered but whenever this guy is working, I always have to at tell him there more stuff coming. He always try to send you off after handing you drinks. Today I ordered through their app for delivery and I’m missing some items from my order. I guess the courier didn’t check my order and the worker sent him off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited a minimum of 5 minutes to talk to someone at the front counter and no one was there at all. I left and tried to order something through the app and my order never showed up ... but I got charged. Tim Hortons customer service also refused to issue me a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive-thru guy at 11am was very unprofessional. Took 3 minutes to complete our order, when all we had was 4 things. Asked the pay window to repeat the order back, and half the stuff was missing. Also tried adding the "camp day donation" to our order without even asking first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place great staff great service I'd highly recommend this location to any of my friends or close acquaintances or even family that I liked which is almost non existent but I'd consider these employees family before my real family anyway top notch 5 out of 5 7 days out of 7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Here’s a picture of the everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese that I paid to add bacon and tomato to.
I waited 10 minutes for this and don’t have time to go back. My boyfriends was the same so I paid extra for literally less than the basic bagel.
