★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIffany is a great massage therapist! She is great for deep tissue massages and her music playlist is always great! Only downside of this clinic is the massage room is not insulated very well so you can sometimes here lots of the physio/chiro appointments. It would be nice if there was a 75min massage option! Easy to book appointments online and a good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited ProActive for about a month and a half following a torn abdominal muscle injury and received both physiotherapy and massage. The team was a fantastic support throughout my healing and I believe they helped me to heal faster and to get to an even stronger place than I was before my injury. We worked at a safe pace and Jay was always attentive to make sure I was comfortable. I've never been one to actually go to physio when it's recommended, but since having to go to return to work, they changed my mind, it's totally worth it! The massages are wonderful as well, I had Tiffany and she did a great job making the most of my booking time and giving me exactly what I needed! The whole team that helped me out, reception, physiotherapy assistant, masseuse, and physiotherapist are all excellent at their jobs, and lovely people. Overall they do great work and it is a friendly, welcoming, clean, professional environment. Highly recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Tiffany Santos after being in a car accident. She took her time, and listened to my concerns. She knew exactly the amount of pressure my body needed, and helped relieve headaches and neck pains. 10/10 would recommend, she’s my regular massage therapist. She’s always been super professional and gave me at home stretches to help with my progression of movement and stiffness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting YEG and suddenly experienced a painful back injury. Jay accommodated my last-minute appointment, but he went above and beyond my expectations. I am an avid dry needle user and can confidently say Jay is one of the best physiotherapists I have experienced. I would recommend him to anyone! Efficient, wise, considerate, respectful- I give Jay 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been suffering with sciatica nerve pain for three months and finally decided to do something about it. Went to Proactive and saw Rakesh. Best decision that I have made in a long time. Within a month, he had me good as new. Very thorough assessment to start my first appointment and then excellent appointments after that. My last pain experience was a month ago which tells me that what he did worked. Forever grateful as it feels so good to be without pain.

From the front desk ladies being such a pleasure to deal with, to the super friendly physio assistant and finally the amazing physiotherapist, Jay Patel. They were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind! I did not expect to receive the level of treatment that I did and I did not expect to feel a difference in my pain level after only the first appointment. I experienced above and beyond care and my pain was reduced significantly. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment! I highly recommend!
