D	Dan Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approaching 40, I recently noticed some deepening wrinkles on my forehead. I've always made efforts to take care of my skin, but let's be honest, diet and SPF only makes so much difference up to a certain age. Although I was reluctant and a bit skeptical about how much of an improvement Botox would make, I couldn't be more pleased with the results and overall treatment. Maryam was patient in answering my questions and showed me the results of her other patients. I was relieved to see no one looked "plastic" or too "Real Housewives-y". The procedure itself was over in seconds. Since then, I've had two compliments on my appearance - one friend saying I looked happier and the other saying I looked well-rested. I myself notice a lot less furrowing in my brow when I frown or squint, but I don't look frozen or emotion-less, which was another concern of mine. All in all, a very positive experience both in regard to patient care and results. I only wish I'd started 10 years ago, but unfortunately we don't realize youth isn't permanent until we start to see it slip away. Thankfully, I feel and look a few years younger than before my appointment so I really cannot think of a better investment.
a	amanda p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my first treatment at Therapeutic Aesthetics on Nov 15/2021. Amanda gave me loads of information, listened to my concerns and then I was booked with Maryam. Everyone was on time, clinic was clean and not too intimidating for a first timer like me. Maryam listened to my concerns, and I got something like 90 units of Dysport injected by the time we were done, since I am a teeth-grinder with very strong mass ether muscles, as well as a bit in my forehead. The whole injection process was over in like 5 minutes. Maryam seems very knowledgeable about placement and “safety zones” as she informed me when I expressed worry about poor placement / drooping as I had seen some scary botched stuff online. That was no problem at all with Maryam, as she ran through every possible scenario to ease my mind. Amanda followed up with me in about a week, and my experience has been very good. I will definitely be back, I’m addicted now. My jaw and head pain went away within about 2 weeks, and the line between my eyebrows that always made people think I was “angry” has relaxed so much. I will definitely be back for more forehead and jaw treatment—thank you Amanda and Maryam and Therapeutic Aesthetics!

I am usually very nervous around needles but Maryam was so patient with me and explained every step before she proceeded. I was given lots of information on my departure to ensure I understood how to maintain the effects of the treatment. Prices are fair from what I have seen downtown Toronto. I will be going back again to see Maryam within the next couple of weeks hopefully!

At the end of the session, she commented on the redness on my face which I'm aware of and that I didn't know I could do anything about it. I am pleased to report that, without any pressure, she showed me what she used and I was very willing to purchase the product. I appreciated the feeback from her skin analysis and the option to purchase or not. That means a lot to me!

She’s actually a Cosmetic Surgery from Iran, so she’s extra knowledgeable and very skilled using the latest techniques. She’s also very soft, patient, and maternal, so I feel taken care of when I visit her and she’s easy to work with. The results are very good also. I highly recommend her.
