Best med spa in the city! I've been seeing Vivian for laser hair removal for the past few months. I was a little nervous at first because im darker skin toned and laser hair removal can be difficult for my skin type, but vivian took great care of me! would highly recommend to any one! 500 stars!

I'm not entirely sure what all these 5 stars reviews are about because if I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I advise all women of colour to stay away from this clinic if you are interested in doing any type of laser hair removal here as they are unprofessional, have horrible communication and provided a very poor customer experience. I went in for one session of full body laser hair removal and was burned very severely everywhere on my body. It's been almost two months and the scarring and bruises are just as noticeable from the day of my appointment. While in the process of getting lasered the nurse even made a comment saying she doesn't have much experience doing laser hair removal, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After multiple phone calls and emails I was ensured they would check in weekly to see how the healing process was going but to this day I have not received a single follow up phone call. I also asked why test patches weren't done and they advised me if I didn't react right away, then I won't react at all, which I find unprofessional. They did provide an option for compensation for the one session which could be put towards their other services and products but based on my initial experience, this is an idea I did not want to entertain as the marks left on my body are not something that would go away after 1 treatment or 1 month's use of an ointment. This clinic does not care about making their clients feeling comfortable and secure, it's quite the opposite. I regret getting laser done here as this experience has overall left me to never wanting to do laser again and my scars are a reminder for the reasons why. I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else which is why I suggest no one book any laser appointments at this clinic. And do your research before you book anywhere, meet with the nurses, do test patches as this could've been prevented if the right measures and professionalism were in place.

What a pleasure to go to Skin6! After missing my first appointment (due to MY scheduling error) they promptly rebooked me for the next day with no penalties. Jeremy greeted me at the front and was lovely to talk to! During the procedure Nurse Emily made me feel relaxed and comfortable and the work they did was an 11/10. I cannot recommend enough! I’ll def be going back!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at skin6 Toronto. I had the fully body laser hair removal done. Nurse Emily was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable during the entire treatment. It really is a beautiful calm space it felt like a spa day! Thank you skin6 I will definitely be back.

Skin6 is the best medi clinic/beauty spa I have ever been to hands down, not to mention the most stunning! The spa is so bright and clean, with the most amazing decor and attention to detail. The owner Jeremy is so incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, and my service with nurse Emily was such an enjoyable experience. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and was so accommodating to my fear of needles. I wish I could give them 10 stars because I cannot say enough. Don’t walk—run to Skin6.

Jeremy goes above and beyond the role of founder and owner; making sure you have a water in hand if your thirsty, an ear to listen if you're unsure, or a boost of confidence after you've received the treatment of a lifetime. 5 stars Skin6!!!

I absolutely LOVE Skin6!!! It's one of my favourite places to visit. The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and transparent. I highly highly recommend the services provided here from teeth whitening, to lazer hair removal, facials, and skin treatments. Every session I have left with the best results

Skin6 is amazing. There are so many medispas in Toronto it's very difficult to tell which is safe, reliable and set at a competitive price point. Emily is an INCREDIBLE nurse - she has a great eye and will take excellent care of your skin. Jeremy (the owner) is incredibly professional, kind and attentive to all your booking needs. I've recommended this spot to all my friends. Almost didn't leave a review because I want to gate-keep this spot so I can always get an appointment. 5/5!
