My initial consultation was very informative and I was taken through exactly what the process entailed thoroughly. My laser technician definitely makes sure that I'm comfortable throughout the process from beginning to end.

I’ve had 8 Laser Hair Removal sessions, and am very happy with the results I’ve gotten. Along with the professional service, and warmly welcomes, I very much appreciate the fact that after each visit, I am reminded of the proper aftercare that is necessary to ensure the best possible results. This reassures me that as a client, my best interests are always kept in mind. The medical esthetician on site is Romana, and she’s really great at what she does! I would recommend a consultation at this location to anyone interested in Laser Hair Removal, and hope your experience is as good as mine, if not better.

Marta knew exactly what I wanted and delivered quality results - my lips already look so much fuller and she evened out the asymmetries in my lips. In addition, she was super sweet and patient with me throughout the entire process. Even after post-injection, she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was doing well. Highly recommend coming here to get dermal fillers!

I’ve received an outstanding hydra facial treatment which was done by an excellent professional Romana. The process itself was quite relaxing, and didn’t hurt. Right after the treatment my skin felt smooth, soft, clean and had a beautiful glow. Will definitely be back for more treatments!

This proved to be a terrible decision. While the cost was marginally lower, the services were substantially worse. Laser here is quick with little attention to detail. I am half black and require laser technology to be adjusted for the melanin in my skin (basic expectation in this industry). I indicated this in the upfront survey, however post-procedure I had burns from the laser. Two weeks later as I am writing this review, they still have not healed. I have NEVER been burned by laser before. Besides this, the women who did the procedure left me covered in gel to clean up. While I have seem some hair reduction, I would not recommend laser here! There are better, safer spots in the city.

If you want real reviews about this spa go look on Yelp and Better Business Bureau Canada. They have absolutely-no-refunds policy. No head office I can reach to complain. I bought 3 sessions for plasma eye treatment. The first one was done by Keana and went very well. On my second treatment I got my eyelashes burnt off by Romana. I know Romana, she worked at this spa for a while, but I know that this treatment is new for her. I got angry about my burnt lashes, asked for a refund, but manager Sofia is now gaslighting me that it's a normal side effect of this treatment... are you kidding me? It's just a job done sloppy and unprofessional. The form I signed says only something like "the results might be not 100% to your satisfaction". What am I supposed to do now with my lashes? They will take at least two months to re-grow. There's no one I can reach, no chance for a refund. This business is run by a bunch of crooks that see you only as a money bag. Despicable.
