Wow, where to begin? This has been a challenging road indeed, and we needed a lawyer with a special skill set, with knowledge of Ontario automobile insurance and BC. We were warned by most in BC that it was a given that a lawyer would be needed. Of course we tried navigating it on our own initially, and through perseverance we were able to access resources and services that, to be Frank, should be a given. But when the situation became increasingly unmanageable, we reached out to an Ontario Lawyer who in turn referred us to Josh and his team ( feeling his knowledge an expertise of the multiple provinces involved made him uniquely qualified to take on this case. Were there doubts ( on all sides), yes, but that comes from facing large insurance companies used to being able to wear one down. Josh never made us unrealistic promises or set our expectations up for failure. What he did do was assure us he would do his absolute best to assist us ( especially after the company started cutting off resources) in ensuring we had the funds needed to provide future care desperately needed by my husband. And rather than cutting us out of the process, he very wisely used the skills we as clients also brought to thé table, all in the name of securing the best outcome. After much feet dragging, we are happy to announce we received our settlement. And it’s important to note he did this on contingency. This not only meant that he was putting forth effort without a guarantee, but also helping ensure that obtaining what a client needs and is rightfully their’s, is no limited to those with deep pockets. Thank you and your team for your hard work and perseverance. We couldn’t have done it without you. I urge everyone to read all their insurance documents, ensuring they are properly protected, even if it means paying a bit more. Joshua and his team helped me when I had broken my arm at a grocery store that belonged to a major corporation last year.
