He gave me some strong pain killer but my headaches couldn't go away , between my family Doctor and the ER I did almost 10 trips untill I went through MRI they found out I had hematoma on my brain. I went through surgery and I couldn't work for almost 3 months. My fall was due to a negligence from the people they were suppose to salt the side walk or to put a sign to warn the public to be very careful due the slippery condition they didn't do nothing about this. Because it was negligence I decided to contact a lawyer to sue this organization. I did my homework and contacted Obradovich lawyers office. We talk on the phone and than they gave me an appointment to go talk them live to their office in Toronto. Since day 1 I went the process of court procedures with them, the deal was I didn't pay any dime unless we won the case. I took 4 years till we won. They really took care of me , my family case as a family. They were very patients, caring , with a lot compassion. They did explain to me and my family to every step till we won. But keep in mind that big cases take years to complete, so you have to be very patient. The lawyer cannot speed things up, but can only operate within the law. Well, there's a time limit for everything. So if you're looking for a good personal injury lawyer, Mr. Obradovich and the team are definitely the people to talk to.
