★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't worked with Caroline, but she consulted me over the phone and I can report that it was a pleasure chatting with her. She is a competent and knowledgeable corporate lawyer who will explain everything to you in a way that you'll understand. She seems honest and ethical. If she doesn't feel like she's the best person to represents your interests, she'll provide you with some options of people who might be a better fit. I have no reservations and would recommend Caroline to anyone who needs legal advice in relation to corporate law. At the very least, you might want to save Caroline in your address book in case you need legal advice in the future. I suggest you disregard Zadig's 1-star review as it is in no way representative of Caroline and her practice.
