★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a loft owner in King West, and I had a fantastic experience with my leasing agent Kenni who was able to leverage his vast network and quickly helped me lease out my high ceiling loft to target tenants. Kenni knows exactly what a property owner wants. Unlike his competitors who focus on majority of the time in pitching their services, fees and contract agreement, Kenni spent his time on calling target tenants as soon as he received loft photos without asking me to commit to any agreement at first. This is the right sales approach in my opinion.
My loft is $600 above a traditional one-bedroom condo given its unique structure. In just three days, Kenni was able to secure a few interested parties with one firm offer from a high quality tenant. Kenni placed the need of landlord & tenant above his own interest. That is why this transaction went extremely smooth and efficient. As of today I'm very pleased with my new tenant. Thank you Kenni for your sense of urgency. I'm impressed by your people skills and your ability to influence others. I look forward to continuing our relationship, and I've no doubt you will be a top agent in your industry in future.
One last thing to Rent it Furnished: Smart business model that has your own website and tenant network instead of posting the ad on Airbnb that makes landlords pay additional 3% on top of agency placement fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company at all costs. I am writing this review only to save any future renters/landlords from the endless frustration we experienced working with RentItFurnished. We began renting a condo through RentItFurnished in 2021. From the outset, we could never get a hold of anyone at the company. They once double-charged us for rent, and it took weeks if not months to get someone to reverse the charge. All of our calls, voicemails and emails were never returned. The property manager responsible for our unit seemed to change every few months. When our fridge broke, we submitted an urgent maintenance request and never heard back from anyone. The only way we could get someone to respond to our inquiry was by reaching out to the owner of the property and asking them to follow-up with RentItFurnished. We were without a working fridge for well over a week. They once tried to illegally enter our unit while we were on vacation, and fortunately, the security guard of our building prevented that from happening. When we needed another key made for our dog walker, we had to wait months for anyone to respond to our inquiry. Also the initial contract that they wanted us to sign was bizarre and included a bunch of provisions we either never agreed to, or were at odds with our offer. After seeing all of the reviews that people are leaving on here, I am struggling to understand why anyone would go into business with them. In the almost year that we worked with them, we saw virtually no improvements in their communications and responsiveness. Their inability to function is almost impressive.

He was enthusiastic, attentive to the details around what I was looking for, and really tried to balance all the different priorities to achieve a great outcome. And we found the perfect place for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give them your condo. I started with Toronto Luxury Rentals, but when Rent it Furnished took over it went down hill. Janice Ludlow and her team kept setting up renters for 3-6 weeks even though they knew the rules where 12 month minimum. When you do this little rentals they end up taking money out of your account because the rent doesn't cover all their fees. When the renters did damage there was always an excuse as to its not their fault and nothing they can do, I am still waiting for a check from the last guy (about a year now) who admitted it was his doing. One of the renters broke the fridge and washer in their 6 weeks. When the new ones were delivered they both were heavily dented and accepted from the store. I still haven't received my NR4 tax form from 2020 and surprise no one will return my phone calls or emails. I was talking to Kenni Bouret until last week. I found a realtor in my building that has done a great job, I sagest you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are still unlucky to rent for living and stumble across RENT IT FURNISHED , stay away from these people. They are not honest whatsoever, all they care about is renting out properties no matter what lies they feed potential renters. I had THE most painful experience dealing with a horrible landlady who hired this company to find renters. Rent it Furnished lied about many things, even on the lease agreement ( I could easily sue my landlord) and had us sign them . Once they they got their commission, and we realized about their dishonesty, Rent it Furnished had already walked off . Correspondence with management was the end point, when they casually just ignored our frustration and didn't give a ***.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Salvati! I live in LA and needed an apartment in Toronto for 6 months. We immediately found my DREAM LOFT within my budget!!! The apartment wasn’t available until a month after my arrival, but Michelle contacted the landlord and was able to lockdown the move in date I needed! She continues to go far and beyond to make me happy! It was hard not being there to see the unit, but Michelle volunteered to video call me for a walkthrough. She is quick to respond, energetic, ambitious, funny, kind and will go out of her way to make you satisfied. Even though I’ve signed my lease, Michelle and I still text each other and we will become good friends when I officially move to Toronto! Super happy customer!
