We have been very pleased with their service from day one, they have proven to be professional, prompt and efficient in all the aspects of managing the condo, from finding the tenant to the maintenance of the condo unit.
I also used PMT to sell my condo and I would highly recommend this professional team as it went seamlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Was not able to get through to the leasing department via telephone. Consistently asked for a phone call and received only short emails in reply. No transparency in the rental process. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denied viewings and applications for properties even though my partner and I have a combined income well over what they were asking, the only reason they denied us is because my partner is Ukrainian and recently came to Canada and does not have a credit score even though I do.
Horrible experience talking with them, and horrible business practices to deny Ukrainians who have come to Canada to seek safety and shelter based on a ridiculous caveat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Team at PMT is amazing. I love the monthly fixed rate fee (why should I pay more because I charge a higher rent?). Furthermore when I decided to sell my place Jerome took care of everything and because he already had pics and info from the rental posting the process was seamless. My place up for sale in 2 days. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Everything goes through their web portal, a simple tool to manage your property and check your ledger balance and make requests. The staff was courteous and polite to respond to e-mails.
