From the minute I sat in their office for the first time to now, they have been diligent in helping me to grow the skills and experience necessary to succeed in the fashion industry. ICON’s agents are always quick in response as well as open and willing to discuss questions or concerns I have at any time. In contrast to prior agencies I have been with, I always feel safe, well taken care of and like I am a vital and valued member of the team in ICON’s professional environment. Thank you ICON! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had an appointment with them for 5pm after paying lots of money for photos. We arrived just a few minutes before 5pm and saw the man and the receptionist leaving the office, just as we turned the corner. They then turned back and unlocked the door, as if nothing happened. Very bad people. They charge a huge fee for poor quality photos and got my daughter one interview, with less than 24 hours notice! Buyer beware. NEVER AGAIN.

Icon has provided me with many casting that led to jobs, as I've walked for 6 designers in TFW over the years of being a model. As well, Icon planned 'open call' meetings with agents in New York City for me. Icon is very honest and up front, giving all an opportunity in hopes for all to succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially joined ICON in 2007. When I first walked into the office I felt alive. It was trendy, welcoming, and gives a sense of high expectations. I was sent on many auditions that were appropriate for me. I booked my first commercial through ICON in 2008, which was a well paying job. I had other bookings. I left the agency in 2010 because I had family matters to take care of. My family matters are under control now so I rejoined ICON in January of 2021. I've already booked one commercial (I only do commercials) and looking forward to the future. I strongly recommend ICON!

They’re definitely a great team and they keep it real with you and I couldn’t ask for anybody else my agent riz has supported me in the direction I want to go in modelling and they’re definitely a great team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam agency. They signed me in 2016 when I was 15 and made me pay a lot of money upfront for mediocre photos. Very unprofessional, never got castings or gigs from them and never heard from them after I paid for the photos. There are many reputable agencies in the city but this is not one of them.
