★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always prompt and efficient when I come in for an eye exam! Never wait too long to get underway. Love the optometrists and the opticians that work here. Have been going for a few years now. Good eyewear selection and nice downtown location close to TTC and parking.

She's a very good problem solver, giving practical advice (ie advice you'll actually follow) with reasons, explained at a level you'll understand. She shares my next steps after the meeting directly to my phone so I know exactly what I need to do and can refer back to the notes easily. She's patient and answers questions -- I never felt rushed. Highly recommended.

Very caring and thorough care.

Dr. Heeney is caring, knowledgeable and lovely to chat with. The rest of the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was soo well informed. Very reassuring and understanding. Did a very great comprehensive eye exam. Technology was quite advanced. Very very impressed by the appointment. Anyone that is nervous I would highly highly recommend. He has quite a way of calming you down.
