this is the worst store, owner and clerks really rude, never talk service and respect with them. I saw the guy Mahdi (owner) and clerk (his daughter) beat Asian female customers and throwing parcels from Asian female customers into the street. Asian women call the police, which happens all the time, so outside of the boss's ethnicity, other ethnic groups should be careful about their safety

WORST SERVICE EVER. THE GUY ASK YOU TO REPRINT YOUR LABEL SO HE CAN CHARGE YOU 6$ FOR ONE PAGE OF LABEL OTHERWISE HE DOESN’T TAKE YOUR PREPAID UPS RETURNS. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Trust me.

Don't bother going to this store, drive the extra miles down to Forest Lawn UPS and you will great service. Went to the 52 St. location a week ago, walked through the door and a bell rang to alert the owner I was there. I could hear him talking loudly with a woman on the phone who was on the speaker feature. I waited patiently for about 5 minutes thinking it was a customer who he was talking to but it was more like an argument with his wife. I rang the bell on the counter and didn't even get acknowledged that I was there. I left and drove down to Forest Lawn where I was greeted promptly and looked after.

Today I went to this store for parcel. I did not bring label with me as I have been told from the online store that they can print for you. When I asked lady to take the print of label she didn’t say anything for charge to print. At the end, when everything done she asked me for charges of print. I don’t have problem in paying charges but I would be happy if she would have told me before taking the print. I think thats the reason people don’t go to ups.

I used this service thinking it would be quicker and safer than Canada Post. I was sadly mistaken. My letter (time sensitive) was at the 3 week mark and still not delivered (not international). Nobody bothered to get a hold of me and I was the one who had to call and see what the problem was. I asked for my letter to be returned to me and when I asked for my money back I got nothing but push back. Will not be using UPS ever again.

I’ve read a ton of these reviews and I am actually really surprised to see such a low rating. I’m fairly new to this location however I’ve been back and forth to it now (for both shipping and receiving) for the last few months and honestly, for the most part, service has been amazing. The daughter (I wish I knew her name so I could address her properly) is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and has remembered me from the first time I visited there. I actually look forward to seeing her as it’s always such a pleasant transaction. I sometimes get a hard time from the dad (perhaps owner?) but it’s only because I’ve recently moved and I’m still waiting for my new ID to come in and the orders I’m trying to pick up are from my old address. Nonetheless, I’ve never had a negative experience here and I hope the bad reviews don’t deter you from trying them yourselves. Make your own judgement after you try them, it’s only fair. Thanks to the daughter for always being so wonderful!

Worse customer service ever. The woman working at the store is very disgruntled, dismissive and doesn’t seem to know how to do her job. The previous reviews are very accurate about the description of the character of this woman. Unpleasantly working, yelling at customers, annoyed at the fact that customers need to be serviced. We tried to returned a package from Amazon and we drove twice to provide a commercial invoice because she dismissed it the first time and just asked to drop off the package and leave after returning for a second time to provide this document as it is needed for the return the woman got angry and was very arrogant and ultimately refused our package after accepting it 2hrs prior. People like this shouldn’t be working. I’m sure there are plenty of people that would love to have a job during these times. Go to UPS store #547!!! Very knowledgeable and made sure that all the documents needed for my return were provided.
