I send one shipment on 31st january. It should be delivered on 1st february. Today is 4 feb and shipment is not delivered yet. When I call on 3rd feb, they say it will delivered today, but then there is no perfect answer is given for this and they create inquiry about it and now searching document. Terrific. when i call they give answer that inquiry is going on and then not listening and cut the call.

Like most here would give 0 stars if I could Purolator in North Bay has very bad and unreliable service. Tracking says they delivered my parcel but they never did and now someone won't be getting their Xmas present this year. This is not the first time they are always losing my items and I have complained in the past! They are just as bad as Canada P@st which makes sense since they are owned by them. Trying to get through to them on the phone is nightmare now too.

My last order said it was delivered but I was home all day and it never came . Having trouble with a new order this week :first time they made an attempt and said that I have the wrong address which I didn’t . Second attempt was on the only day I wouldn’t be home as stated in the notes and conversation with rep. Now waiting on the phone for a hour to talk to someone??

This has happened twice now in the last week with two different deliveries. The delivery drive doesn’t even step foot on the porch and throws the package. The first one barely made it on the porch, and contents inside were cracked. The second one was supposedly delivered at 8:34 this morning, no knock, no notification, and the package is gone. It has been snowing all day and we can see exactly where the footprints came up the front lawn and stopped, and where the package landed. And the package is gone. Customer service on the phone was awful, didn’t seem to care, and said their drivers would never do something like that and that it was our fault. Deliver customer’s stuff properly or find a new job.

Had my order shipped to purolator from down south in 2 days. That was 7 days ago. Cannot contact anyone on the phone and the virtual assistant is a joke. Went to the depot in person to confirm my address because apparently it doesn't exist. I live on one of the main streets in North Bay yet they couldnt find it. I was told that it was on the truck that day and would be delivered. Still no delivery. Expensive part for my stove and paid for but no idea where it is. No GPS? No phone call to confirm my address? Where the hell is my order? Purolator? NEVER!!!

In years of service provided by this location, I am very happy for the most part. I personally have only had one big problem, and a few minor frustrations. The past couple of days have been frustrating but I know it'll work itself out. I've not had damaged parcels, they're always delivered with care and I live that when I reach the door in time to yell thank you, I'm greeted with a friendly response. No company is going to have a 100% track record and that has to be kept in mind. My experience has been positive. The one problem was easily solved and this location worked with me to resolve it, in a timely fashion. The pandemic, along with harsh winters can add complications I'm sure. I wrote a very different review earlier in frustration but felt it more fair to leave a review that covers my whole experience. It also helped me appreciate the usual standard of service more. Thank you for the great service and stay safe out there.

Shipment tracking not updated regularly. Items not delivered when scheduled. *Edit: lowered rating to one star. 3 items in the last 3 weeks have all arrived significantly late. The item I’m currently waiting for travelled the wrong direction, 300km away from my address, instead of being shipped towards my town. Very unreliable shipping. Would never choose to use Purolator.

Third order out of the last four, to tell me that my address is incorrect. It isn't. I live on a pretty main street and have had to correct them several times and yes I am certain this is my correct address. Invest in a GPS system for your trucks or hire some reliable drivers. If it were an option, I would simply not do business with any company who uses Purolator at this point.
