★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will take you money, show up 6 months late, and never return for issues. Maxed out voicemail for weeks on end. Thats not a business that is concerned about service. Weather you are in quebec or not makes no difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had New North install new 5" eavestroughs and gutter guard. All staff, right from office staff to installers, were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up when they said and cleaned up after themselves and stayed true to their estimate. We would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to New North Exteriors after I received a couple pricey quotes from other companies in North Bay. Sophie returned my email with a very competitive quote and was super helpful / responsive to my questions.
Ultimately I went with them for the eaves trough and I'm very happy with the same level of care from the installers that I've trusted them with two windows that need replacing as well.
So far very happy with the communicative team, and I'm excited to update this review when the windows are installed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had two doors and a few windows installed last week. We are pleased with the end result. Claude and Brody were the installers and they were very pleasant, cleaned up any messes well and the work they did looked well done. Mike and the office staff were very pleasant as well. One thing very small issue that arose was the timing. When scheduling the install we scheduled for one day which in fact it was definitely a two day job. I did not know this until last minute, so I feel that the office, when booking days with their clients, should stipulate how many days the installers will be required to be there. This was a minor issue and ended up working itself out in the end. Overall, we would not hesitate to go to them again. Invoice #3678
