Recently though their prices have gotten significantly steeper than their competitors and have to call them over and over to get product, whereas their competitors produced a similar if not same product in a couple days for half the price quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinglass staff helped us out a few years ago with a shower glass installation gone bad, by a different plumbing shop who could not install what they sold. Yesterday, we approached them about some material to finish off a project, and they offered up a great solution, at a great price. That's twice they have come through for us, the extra mile so to speak. My number 1 for anything glass related.
