The install crew were fantastic, and the job that was to be two days the guys stayed late into the night and finished. If your thinking of new flooring City Carpets should be one of your stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so very happy with our choice to go with City Carpets! We recently moved into our new home and we used City Carpets to replace the entire floor upstairs. The original carpet was very stained and with our young son, we needed the carpets to be clean and soft for him to crawl. We planned a month before to have the carpets done before everything was moved in on top. Unfortunately, we were told the carpet we ordered would not be delivered in time and so they would only be able to complete it after our bedroom furniture was in. This was very upsetting because we could not set up our crib and I was concerned about where my son would sleep. City Carpets offered us a different carpet that they had in stock in order to complete it on the original day. It was a very similar colour and I actually liked it even better! They were so helpful and I am so appreciative that they were able to solve our problem. The old carpet was removed and the new one installed all in one day! They did a great job and I am so thankful that my son has a soft and clean carpet in his bedroom! I would definitely recommend them and we will probably use them again for our basement carpet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ City carpet installed engineered flooring plus carpet on my stairs. The the quality of the work for the installers were great, and service provided by City carpet was good. I had to wait about 2.5 months for material and that was because of the supply chain issues everyone was experiencing in fall. They were upfront about this wait.
The pricing was fair and reasonable.
I had a great experience with them, and I would go back if I have to do something like this again.
