Ramp Movers and Logistics - Calgary

I was totally mistaken when I chose to use this company to move me from Calgary to Vancouver. I had packed all my furnitures and everything I have in professional manner and still damaged my stuff. And charged me arm and legs. No customer service and no customers acknowledgement or so ever. Don’t deserve even one star.

They showed up 2 hrs late with a brake line leak. Not a big deal things happen. Problem was the truck had someone else stuff in it that was to go to Calgary. And they wanted us to put our whole house worth of stuff in it still, which would never fit and we refused. So if you moved to Calgary your stuff is in a broken truck in Ontario. We are now left scrambling on closing day to find a mover. We Do not recommend. Don’t let their website fool you. Also they were refusing to give refund at first or take any ownership for what happen. It took all to get a the refund and was a hassle of it’s own. The broken truck sat in your driveway all day waiting for uhaul assistance (3hr later) to tell them it needed towed. Workers were not happy with the company either.

Ramp Team did a great job ?? Don’t get nervous because of negative reviews. They have done really a great job. 2..3 negligible scratches but rest all arrived in very great condition. Moved from Toronto to Calgary. Delivery time: 4 days Cost : Based on weight 3000 lbs of weight - $2,650 Price is more than the estimate but they have already Mentioned about extra charges for extra weight than estimated and extra man power charges. So, the estimate is also realistic. Over all I recommend to my Friends, Family. Thank you Ramp

You guys are amazing. Earlier when we are looking for some cheapest options, we have sent Ramp movers estimate to a different company for price match. Then they asked me to look for reviews of Ramp. I was a bit worried to go with Ramp but that's the best price we have received. so, we choose them. But, they have amazing team. Really shocked by the way they packed the truck. Don't get fooled by the negative reviews. 1.Professional 2.Polite 3.Trust worthy 4.Accountable 5. customer oriented 6. Budget friendly You deserve more than 5-star for your Hardwork and customer service.

Beware!!!! Rating of 1/5 star on BBB I wish I would have checked BBB before dealing with this company. I guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction since this is not a kind of service that you need on a regular basis. My wife and I are two professional healthcare providers who move quite a bit. So pretty much we know how much stuff we carry around. All of our belongings were packed in strong boxes. The quote they gave us was reasonable, but two days later I was shocked when I received the new bill. First of all they charged double the amount of labor and when I called they said it took them a long time to load. We have about 25 boxes!!! Thank God I had text from movers when they arrived and left, which took them about 35 minutes, but they charged me 2 hours!! When I called the customer service “put me on hold” and was talking to her manager. She forgot to press the hold button and I could hear their conversation! Which was shocking. Anyways, they honored the labor because I had proof. BUT the bigger problem was charging me 500lbs more!!!!. I disputed those charges but they said they will charge me $500 to meet me outside of Ottawa on scale to confirm the weight. I refused since it's more than the overweight charges. Instead, in front of one of the movers I put every single box on scale and videotaped it. We were right about the weights! At the end, two of our boxes were missing and when I told them they blamed us as to why we didn’t count it properly on delivery day! Can you believe this?! It took them almost two months to find and deliver it. Anyways, if you are desperate and want to use these guys, make sure you do your homework. Videotape everything for your record; Request documents for weight before and after; make sure the truck is empty when they arrive; make sure it’s the same truck; have an idea how much stuff you have. It was a red flag for us since we knew about our stuff but I am worried about older people who might be taken advantage of.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I hired ramp movers over a month in advance to move my small condo. They showed up two hours early so I was not ready and they told me they were in a hurry to get to another job. Not really my problem when I booked them well in advance. My new dining room chairs were very damaged, they dropped my dining room table and dented it and took out a chunk of my wall. Not even an apology or tried to fix it. After receiving my invoice and I had noticed the damages I called the office. She tried to accuse me of bringing up the damage after the invoice was sent and told me I was trying to get a deal when I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Ridiculous. They wanted to have a conference call with the office and the movers and that’s just not worth my time. All in all, a terrible company that nobody should hire.

Ahmed's team was really great. Price has been raised than what we have expected but everything arrived with in no time in great condition. They are so professional. we informed them its a brand new house and we don't want any damages to the house. They have used floor runners and lot of moving pads to protect floor and the walls. Best moving experience. Nothing but Happy Tears. Moving companies like these should be encouraged. Many Thanks God bless you all

I hired Ram Movers and Logistics for my recent move. They helped me prepare by providing advice on how to best pack and sort my things in advance. Then their team arrived and didn’t waste any time. Their team is professional, clean, and hardworking. No shady billing either with this Company. They provided an affordable quote and charged me appropriately. They were very transparent with the costing structure so there werent any surprises when the bill came. I highly recommend using their friendly and courteous services. I moved out of my condo and into my house in 6 hours, it’s super freezing weather(-36) and they had blankets for all walkway so the carpet doesn’t get dirty and They are that good! Highly recommend ??
