No one answers phone...no one in store knows anything. I would suggest going to Memory Express they answer phone and know whats in thier store.

Poor printme service. Sent multiple emails for self serve printing, nothing!! Had to rent computer workstation to print :/ :?

Horrible customer service from Tyler at print counter at chinook location. My business cards also ame back as the worst quality paper, not even good cars stock, paper ya all. And the quality is abysmal. To hand them out would be embarrassing. Dont waste your money.

I came in to buy a Keboard and the sales rep show me what he wants me to buy... I told him that I was looking a logistic K480.. The price was $69.99 and told him that the same keyboard in another staples was on sale for $ 49.99 and his answer was impossible without even checking with the manager or the other staples. I asked to call the store and he refuse to call because according to him it did not matter because staples don't match prices within staples stores. .... I asked him again to call the other store ... He said that he called and was no answer ; then he just walked away from me and talk to another customer. Great customer service!!

Very disappointed with the service. I went to get a document printed and first i went to self printer to get printouts. And the machine couldn't identify my pdf files and then they directed me to a computer and that I didnt help me either so without getting the printouts I left and STILL I got charged a dollar (I know dollar is not big deal to some ) for nothing.. i felt very cheated and you shouldn't charge people for no services.. I will never visit your stores for the purpose of printing.

They need to have more people trained in the printing area. Stood in line for nearly 10 minutes just to find out that the machines are self serve, at that they don't say anything about payment until halfway through selection and to top it off they don't take debit at the self serve so you'll have to go stand in line once again to get a reusable card. Overall though once everything was figured out was a decent experience and the people do help when they finally get to you.

Lady at the printing area today had very bad customer service. I waited in line 15 minutes behind an old man who clearly needed to sit down because he had been waiting too long due to the lady having trouble mailing a package for another customer, she showed no urgency in getting things done and it seemed that she was deliberately doing things slow so that she would not have to deal with the next customer. I needed to print and laminate a couple things and even had my email ready with my documents so as to not waste time, only for the lady to tell me that I need to print my documents in the self serve printer and then she could laminate them for me, after I fiddled with the printer for a couple minutes and got my documents printed, I went back to the desk and waited another 15 min only for the lady to tell me that I also have to cut them out myself before she can laminate it, at this point I left the store, I wasted Total 35mins here and only accomplished to print my documents out by myself. I've never had a problem with staples before, every time I've gone to get something laminated the employee at the desk provides service by printing, cutting out, and laminating my document all in under 10 minutes. The lady at the desk today was just outright lazy, she needs to be properly trained and there should be at least 2 people behind the counter so as not to waste customers time.

Very dissatisfied with staff knowledge, problem-solving ability and attitude when the letters I had printed did not include the signature. They did not know why this happened, showed no interest or initiative in figuring it out (other than passing it to another equally unknowledgeable staff member) and only grudgingly looked at some possible setting adjustments at my prodding. I was very frustrated. When I got home, a Google search very quickly showed the solution - a simple setting change in the Print menu. The staff definitely need further training, both in the print functions and in customer service. I won't be going to this Staples for print jobs in future.
