★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was there this Monday and I got a new plan, which was an amazing plan and the customer service of Ibrahim was amazing! He was fast and quick, unlike some employees who take a while! If your looking for a new plan or anything this source is amazing. The manager was also nice and sweet! But Ibrahim is the one who helped me get a plan fast and quick! Not much time was wasted!

I went to store to get AirPods and I was asked to switch from FIDO To Virgin With some charges.
I bought an iPhone 12 which I asked them for unlocked one.
I confirmed it the phone is an unlocked device thrice. And the store manager confirmed that as per government rules all the phones are default unlocked and none of them are locked.
After confirming, I sent this phone to India. And then I found the phone was locked. I went back to store regarding this request and the store manager said they want the phone physically.
Again I had to get the phone from India to Canada. And the store still couldn’t resolve my issue and asked me to go to Apple service.
The store couldn’t even take responsibility of selling locked phone as per government rules. And they couldn’t take the responsibility of providing service to get the phone unlocked even after it’s their mistake.
And finally they didn’t take the responsibility of their mistake and compensate for the loss of shipping to and fro to India and Canada.
This store is just a mess. I would suggest not to visit the store who doesn’t respect the customer service, money.

They helped me great, and provided me with plan as per my needs at a better price. Special shout out to the manager working there, she was the one who kept trying even after the company declined the request of my service change the first time. Would recommend this place always.
