A Delicious Dining Experience
The concept was built around a simple premise, which is still maintained to this day. By offering an all inclusive menu (bread, starter soup/salad, coffee/tea and ice cream) with all entrees, using sauces and dressings prepared in house, the Old Spaghetti Factory strives to provide their guests with a delicious dining experience using fresh quality ingredients, all at a reasonable price. Since advent, the menu has constantly evolved to follow the tastes and dietary requirements of modern food.
This includes vegetarian/vegan offerings and an entire separate menu dedicated to those with gluten intolerances. The Old Spaghetti Factory takes great pride in their menu offerings but continues to adapt recipes and ingredients to ensure they are keeping pace in the ever changing food service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location on multiple occasions and this was by far the WORST experience! I called earlier in the week to make a reservation as we had a group of 12 of us so I figured calling to make a reservation as a heads up that there would be a big group of us so they could be prepared for it. We were given one waitress who had to go to the manager multiple times to fix something that was wrong including the orders taken for us and the food we received after going over what we wanted 3 times before she put in the order . Our waitress did the best she could so I do not blame her , however the management should have been more prepared and lend a hand as one waitress for that size of a group is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a birthday dinner. And the waitress we had seemed to have forgotten us? We sat down and only took half the drink orders (there was 6 of us.) and then came back for the other. We all ordered and by this time we had finished the bread. So we asked for more and a top up on drinks. Bread didn’t come out until half way into the meals and had to remind her of the drinks. One cup had lipstick on it. and one persons meal was completely forgotten about.
We understand that mistakes happen. But like, take a minute to breath and get back in the game.
At the end of the service, the server seemed to then rush us out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRO TIP- Making a reservation here is highly recommended! They were lined out the door with guests who had not made reservations.
Keon, was the server here for a child's family birthday party and did a fantastic job! He may be quite young, but his singular focus and enthusiasm for ensuring his guests' satisfaction is exemplary. He even made the 7 year old birthday boy feel special by bringing many staff members over to the table to present the birthday cake and sing Happy Birthday. It felt amazing to participate in that as I had not seen a restaurant do this since pre-Covid days.
There seems to be a really happy comraderie amongst the staff. They all pitch in to assist each other with running food, drinks and clean up. They are sincerely content with each other's success. The management must be quite strong here to guide such a culture of respect and team work.
This place is so much better than the downtown one that used to be open. Especially the fact that there is tons of FREE parking. That used to be such a killer in Eau Claire when there was no free parking.
The ownership here have a real winner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for my birthday and the service was absolutely amazing. Our server Rebecca was awesome. Literally, as soon as we sat down the server was at our table taking orders. The food and drinks were great. My two year old daughter also had a great time; it’s was a plus for having a very friendly family environment. I will definitely recommend and I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The people around us were given their appetizers before us and we arrived way before them. They ordered the same appetizers as us. When the food arrive it was probably the worst chicken parmigiana I’ve ever had. The cheese was super salty and the chicken tasted like it came out of a microwave. One of the ladies was nice enough to offer us dessert. Our server explained that they have back orders and short staff. We was okay until the people around us were given their food but we arrived way before them. The fact that we had to wait an hour for our food to arrive was upsetting. I know that they had steps on serving but the time and service could’ve been better. When I was going to pay for our meal the lady just gave me the machine and left. I was almost gonna tip but my birthday is ruined and everything about our experience from start to finish was a disaster. Since it’s my birthday all is forgiven.

Haven’t tasted good Italian food in this area since i moved from Ontario
