Ordered mushroom portabella triple burger, 2 jbc’s and chilli nachos and it came cold and the bacon portobello was mangled and double wrapped. Gross!

I had gone through the drive through and my order was $12.75 the girl at the window told me my card never worked and charged me again. I get home and check my bank and I was charged $12.75 and someone else's order of $22.50 they refused to refund me. I will be more careful with tapping my card from now on.

Terrible service in drive thru, very short with us while taking the order so we ordered a few items. Got to the window and she is talking about us over the headset. Food is only okay...seems less fresh compared to other locations. Not impressed and won't return.

Every time I come here, the staff is always incredible and so nice. The food is always spectacular and I literally have no complaints about this location. Definitely a gem of a Wendy's. Keep up the awesome work guys, you're all very much appreciated around the community!!

Went to eat here and found their dining room was suddenly completely closed, when just a week or two I could at least go in to order something to go. I cannot overstate how frustrating it is coming to places like this as a non-driver in the age of COVID. Are they open for walk-in take-out? Are they drive-thru only? Who knows, 'cause they sure don't! They seem to change their operations entirely on a whim, not even based on any change in outside mandates. If you're like me and you don't have a car, you're better off going to a place with more consistent policy; which at time of writing is *literally everywhere else.*

Rude and slow staff. I showed up to pick up an order. They didn't take my number and kept ignoring me. I announced myself twice. 2 drivers got their orders before me. Staff lack focus and do not pay attention. And tried to get mad at me for them not doing their job.

I used the drive thru, first thing is "hi" nothing else. I am used to them asking if I am ready to order. I say my order anyway, and then get asked if I want a combo, I said no. Then nothing, no amount of charges, no instructions to go to window. I get to the payment window and she holds the payment machine at such a weird angle I couldn't even see the charge. Then at the next window I get my food, and he closes the window. I sit till he comes back and told him I would appreciate a receipt because the first person didn't bother telling me the charge. The food was fine, usual standard, but seriously can't anyone be polite anymore?

Wilted, brown lettuce. We ordered nuggets as well and we got no dipping sauce. No straws for our beverages. No napkins. Just ugh. It’s literally the bare minimum that is expected but so far from delivered.
