★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harvey's is the best. You can get burger toppings here that you can't get it any of the other fast food burger chains. And their onion rings are great. They make your burger the way you want and everything is fast and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Harvey's, this location is terrible! Notified 3 times today of your $5 angus bbq ring burger deal. Convinced a co-worker to go with me for lunch. Only to be told (and it says nothing on the add or the app) that it must be purchased online to be valid. Fair enough, when I asked for the manager to see if they could do anything she just rudely told me "I am powerless" and that if I was not happy with it they did not have to serve me. The manager Suzane is extremely rude, has no idea how to treat or deal with customers and did nothing to resolve my issue but instead insulted me and told me off. I have been a loyal customer of Harvey's for over 25 years and never have I felt so upset with how I was treated. I will not be going back to this location, and honestly will be looking to give my business to the competition moving forward due to this experience. Shame that they cannot hire a manager with some sort of customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Harvey's, Food was ok but the manager was AWFUL. Susan should not be a manager, she was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help resolve an issue they created. NEVER going back to this location, unless they get a new manager. 25 years of going to Harvey's, and I have never had a complaint. First time I do, it was a very easy fix, but Susan only made things much worse. There was another fellow in front of me upset as well and received the same awful treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Harvey's food because you get choices. But I did not enjoy this location. The salad sucked. It barely has any real lettuce in it. Very un appetising. N fyi guys those little packets of sauces do expire. Not a fan of this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to Harvey's at 525 36 St NE, Calgary, AB T2A 6K3 today to grab lunch and this is what I was given. The lettuce was brown, the pickles were gross, so I chose to go without both toppings. I threw out the entire combo and left and went to Wendy's instead as I was absolutely disgusted after seeing what I bit into. I am usually very satisfied with this location, but it must be under new ownership or something because today they definitely missed the mark. I definitely will never be going back there.
