T	Twix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaints whatsoever in insurance or job done. In fact, I like Annabelle and all the team behind the front desk. But the guy in the front desk needs training in customer service. I have no doubts he is highly knowlegdeable in his job, but how he interacts with clients is a different story. We came late, 4 minutes to be exact. As soon as we came in, I apologize right away in behalf of me and my partner. It is our fault, anyway. But, he just went on and on about being late and that we have a pandemic and we need to fill up a covid questionnaire before going inside the rooms. Which I truly understand. I am a healthcare worker and I appreciate them doing that. But, instead of giving us the form right away, we stand there listening to him how late we were while he gather the forms. Imagine how irritating that was. And when we finished filling up the form and we handed it back to him, AGAIN we were told that we were late and repeated whatever he said the first time. I commend my partner for being calm and didn’t talk back. The front desk guy is very condescending. I don’t know if it was just me, but I have been here for years and everytime I talked to him, he made me feel I don’t know anything. That’s why I like to talk to Annabelle. I looked into their website and he is the manager. I guess it is time to look for another Dental Clinic for my whole family.

They are the first dentists ever in my lifetime who listened to my personal desires and needs for my dental care and who have made life altering changes to my teeth and sense of well being and confidence. I highly recommend them! They are the best!

They always have complaints and I heard so many arguments on the phone at the front desk with unsatisfied clients. I honestly think they don't know how to fix your teeth. As soon as I took off my braces, my teeth were visibly not straight. My two font teeth were moved noticeably to the right when it should be centered and aligned with my nose. It's very visible but then when I went to a specialist and they told me that my teeth needed invisiline to fix THEIR mistake. I already had FOUR years of braces which is more than enough. They are just trying to keep me as thier client for longer to get money. They scam people for money, they tell them that insurance will cover for their operations/braces but they always try to take more money than they need to from their pockets. They have a rating of 3.1, there is evidence from other reviews that this place should not be trusted as your go to dentist. PLEASE LISTEN TO all the reviews and this one included. You will not regret it

The hygienist given to me was kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The owner herself was very humble, down to earth and soft spoken. Overall, the services rendered was great and I had an undoubtedly the best dental services I ever had in 40 years living in Calgary! I will highly recommend Galicia Dental Clinic with pride!
