★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was opening scolding an employee for coming back a couple minutes late from her break. The restaurant was very busy at the time, so I understand the frustration but regardless, very unprofessional and embarrassing for said employee. This was Saturday Nov 6 2021 around 11:50 am.

I watched a situation where a man was in possible medical distress, or possibly in an overdose , regardless the situation security was yelling at and kicking this person to move him , now in my personal opinion if either this person was in medical distress or an OD medical attention was in need not unqualified security guards.. Also allowing kids /teens run around this person making fun of... Unreal no matter what the situation was that person did not deserve any of the treatment given to them... As a recovering addict maybe I see things a little than others , but was a bad situation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, I waited 10 min for just a coffee. She was totally ignoring me. She was busy in making skip orders. Schedule more people if you need, no one can wait 10 min for a small coffee. After waiting 10 min I asked for refund and supervisor even didn’t say sorry. After getting my money back I said thanks and she didn’t even reply. They really need to work on customer service skills.
