★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service, a short girl working all by herself and as a result it was taking really long!!!! I asked for extra sour cream on side she didn’t even close the lid properly and everything came out after i left. I went back and asked for another sour cream since the other one opened kn bag,,, no apologies no sorry nothing!!!!!!!
She threw another bag at me and other sour cream container!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed that there is no Carne Asada anymore at any of the Mucho Burrito locations! Really???? No Steak option here in the steak capital??? That is crazy!
I am sorry but brisket is not the same thing. I enjoy the staff at this location though. They are always friendly and quick.
If you haven't yet, try one of the hot sauces on your Burrito the next time you go. The Green one is nice and tangy!
PLEASE BRING BACK THE CARNE ASADA!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very straightforward food shop. I find their prices cheaper compared with other mexican/taco shops around the city. However, I think they need to work on the taste of their tacos, burrito and quesadillas. It doesnt taste much. Staff are very nice and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why, whenever I visit this place to get my favorite burrito, I don't get the same taste I want. Sometimes it's too good and other time it's not satisfying at all. Maybe different attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love mucho burrito BUT this location is by far the stingiest. Rice, Rice and more Rice. You might find some meat in your burrito if you are fortunate enough. Our family of 5 purchased from this location several times but we have decided to boycott this location permanently. They will cheapout on the meat everytime - we have purchased here enough times and have compared to other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at 8:45 tonight and it took 20 minutes before the staff could even get the order made. The food was ice cold and the staff refused to do anything about this issue, claiming that I was lying even when I showed them the food and it was clearly not cooked properly. I would not recommend this location, go to the one near Sunridge or in Crowfoot and you can get some better service.
