Great service and a top quality selection. It can be a bit pricey if you're looking at the high products but you can see the quality.

Purchased an Acritec bathtub approximately 1.5 years ago from the En-suite, Langley. The first tub delivered had an obvious crack on the outside and was replaced by a second tub which now has a hairline crack inside after being used just 6 times. Called for help from the En-suite. They said they would help and contact the manufacturer, Acritec on our behalf. Called again after a few weeks as had not heard back. Was told that Acritec would not return their calls and that we should deal with it ourselves. Very disappointed with the product quality and the poor customer service we have received from both The En-suite and Acritec. Buyer beware. Acritec makes bad products and the En-suite apparently doesn’t care about quality control or customer service either. Thanks for your support folks.

I came into the store without a single idea as to what I was supposed to be purchasing for our new home. My contractor suggested strongly that I use this showroom, but to make an appointment. After reading the reviews I was on the fence. I went in, without the suggested appointment, and was greeted by three smiling faces. I was able to walk around to get an idea of what I liked and didn't like. I walked towards them and they were all quite busy. One lady hung up the phone and asked me if I needed a hand. I explained to her that I needed to pick out a whole home. She kindly explained that an appointment would be recommended so that she could spend the proper time with me as it can take up to two hours. I then realized why my contractor told me this. After standing there waiting on brochures, I overheard a lady on the phone, dealing with what sounded to be a very disgruntled customer. She explained that if there is an issue with a manufacturing defect, it is warranted through the manufacturer, but she would gladly try on their behalf. I know in the industry I am in I would not have even made that suggestion as they will say no. So as far as I was concerned it sounded like she was going above and beyond. I was able to ask a few questions while there and while doing so I again overheard this same lady explaining the situation to the manufacturer. She did what she could. Sounded like it was outside the warranty time frame. After hearing this, I knew I would be back. We eventually ordered all of our plumbing fixtures and it was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. I had dealt with all of the ladies by the time our project was done and they were always willing to get us answers on timelines (even if it was bad news for timelines, but they don't make the product) or tried to fix any warranty things, even though it was up to me to call and start a file with the manufacturer. They were all very knowledgable. Loved our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! But try and make an appointment so you can spend the proper amount of time with undivided attention to detail. I am glad I eventually did. Keep up the good work ladies, and don't let the people who don't get their way ruin your day! Some write a nasty review because they are used to getting what they want. I on the other hand want to share the positive. And it was nothing but. We will be back!

As a General Contractor I rely heavily on my suppliers to look after my clients. The staff at Ensuite Langley not only meet but they exceed my expectations. Jo-Ann, Stephanie and especially Rebecca have always made sure that my clients are satisfied with their purchase. I’m sorry I can only give you 5 Stars. Thank you for all your help

They need to update their social media and website to reflect that they are not actually open but only open by appointment. I took time of work today to make it by 4:30 only to find a sign on the door saying open by appointment only. I had previously looked at their website and their hours on Google and no where did it indicate that they were not technically open. I called the number as I had arrived at 4:00 and the woman in the store told me that because they already had appointment I could not come in. She also told me that it was clearly stated on their website but it is not. Not impressed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would like to give credit to the staff at the EMCO Ensuite. I have recently completed my kitchen renovation and it has turned out perfectly. I would not have this perfect kitchen without the guidance provided by the staff. They gave me options and quality products to choose from. I can’t wait until I start my bathroom renovation next year so I can come back and revive the same great service and products provided. Thanks again!

Trying to give this business my money was a brutal experience. After a good initial consultation we heard nothing for 3 full days. Finally after many unanswered/unreturned phone calls and emails we got the quote emailed to us. It was missing 3 items that we had discussed. Sent more emails and made phone calls and have heard nothing after 5 days. We gave up. Had cash in hand and ready to spend but it is just to difficult and we don't have time to waste anymore. If you plan on spending less than 10 grand here I don't think they will be interested in helping you. Edit: Rather humorous to ask us to contact the store manager as that is who we have been been dealing with the whole time. She hasn't been responding to our phone calls or emails so I don't see the point in wasting the time/breath. It's been over 10 working days of trying to get a complete quote! That's not reasonable.

Fantastic help from the gals. They were able to help me put together the replacement pieces I needed for my 13 year-old Kohler faucet. I was very frustrated when I came in but they were patient and took the time to make sure everything I needed fit together. Even though they were only taking phone-in appointments, I called while at the door and they came right out. This is what customer service is all about. Will definitely be back when I need parts for the rest of the faucets in my condo!
