The shipping was fast and prices were competitive. I am looking forward to working with them again in my future renovations.

I had gone to 3 or 4 different stores beforehand and nobody had anything in stock. The guy I talked to over the phone told me they didn't carry this part, but helped me with what the part I needed to get from another supplier. The supplier sent the part to me at no cost to me, I was floored. Never did this guy try to upsell me on another faucet or some other service. I called numerous plumbers and they wanted $500 just to show up to look at the problem. Not a good solution. This type of customer service and honesty is so difficult to find. Especially in today's day and age. I am very thankful for this person because they saved me several hundred dollars. The next time I am in need of anything these guys will be my absolute first place I go to. Not Andrew Sheret, not Rona, not Home Depot. Universal Supply in Langley is truly a business that puts the customer first.

I had been to at least five other plumbing/HVAC supply store before finding this place. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service that Mike P. provided this AM. He spent extra time to help me out even though there was people lining up behind. He pieced and assembled some various items I needed for a dishwasher install, saving me from further expense and headache. Great CSR and great prices. Definitely recommend them if you need plumbing help!

God forbid you change your mind during your reno because they charge an automatic 25% restocking fee, even if you didn't open the box, once paid you are screwed! I didn't think this would be an issue when I made my initial purchases, but its my first real reno. I basically threw away $200 by changing my mind on a faucet I could only see once ordered, and a shampoo shelf. I won't shop here again only because of this inflexible return policy.

She has been so helpful, compassionate & friendly while assisting us with every aspect of our reno, so important since we had no idea at all about home renovations. I would recommend Ashley & her 5 star assistance to anyone who is considering a renovation.

Understanding that their showroom only has a tiny portion of what they supply, it is often best to find what you are looking for online first. They seem to have it all. The best part being that they have consistently had best prices, beating Amazon, or other retail.
