★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with and sending my clients to Splashes Langley for at least 20 years.Never have I encountered a problem that could not be solved by the staff.I found our rep(Krista) to be extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.Also the supply desk and the waterworks have been very helpful.Top notch all around.Carry on !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splashes helped supply our plumbing fixtures a few years ago on a home renovation. We were pleased at the time. Recently a small part in our shower failed and one of the showroom consultants (JK) was most helpful in tracking down the replacement part. She worked with the manufacturer to arrange for the part. Wow! We are so impressed. Thank you Splashes and thank you JK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service with a wide variety of products. We outfitted an entire house with help from Danielle. Her knowledge of the product lines, customer service and ability to accommodate our needs was exceptional. This was in complete contrast to the horrible customer service at the Abbotsford Splashes store. Avoid the Abbotsford store if possible and drive the extra half hour to Langley or Chilliwack.

If you are looking for quality products and great service I highly recommend making an appointment with Jennalyn.

Attentive and professional salesperson was able to find both items we were interested in were in stock and ready to go. We walked out of the store with the items. Great shopping experience.
