L	Lily J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently renovated our kitchen, and bought a gas stove and hood fan from Coast Appliances, Ramon was very nice and gave me a good deal. Very helpful with the whole experience, I would definitely go back.
K	Kayla Ginn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancée and I recently purchased a whole new kitchen set from Coast Appliance. Not even a month later, we returned to purchase a washer/drier. Purchasing from Coast Appliance was a BIG mistake! The washer/ drier arrived with a big dent on the side of the washer near the drum. Called the next morning and was told a tech would come "fix the dent". This was brand new and asked to be replaced. Was forwarded to the manager, Jenny, who told us we would need to pay the difference of our discount vs cost of new and can not pick up until we paid the difference! Horrible customer service! We ended up returning the washer drier and re- purchasing from Home Depot. If could, we would of returned our whole kitchen set and bought somewhere else. Our fridge was installed recently and noticed there is lots of room on either side between the cabinets. Our sales rep, Lyon, was adamant this fridge was the only one that would fit our opening. We trusted him but that was another mistake! The fridge we wanted (and came in saying this is what we want) would of fit but now it is to late. Not only is their customer service horrible but you can't even trust the sales rep! Save your time and money and go ese where.
M	ML B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your self the time and frustration avoid this place and head on to Costco, Trail or The Home Depot for Better prices and most importantly COSTUMER SERVICE. Ordered 2 fridges LAST JUNE 1 is still back ordered 13 months and pending 1 came broken. And still waiting on warranty service calls

I chatted with their online support who reached out to the location and had them call me. I had a very friendly and helpful conversation with Ryan who I then met in-store to proceed with purchasing the unit. Ryan was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The entire experience made purchasing an appliance super convenient and very positive. And! We saved money as well!

J	Jen Partington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into Coast Appliances knowing exactly what we wanted and unfortunately the staff was extremely rude to us to the point where we couldn't justify buying anything in their store. Fortunately, we went to a competitor right after in hopes they had the same appliances (luckily they did), and was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed, easy going, and professional manner that we were treated with. This was a stark contrast from the cold treatment we received from the staff at Coast. There are many appliance stores in Langley, I would suggest anyone looking for a new appliance to check out the other stores before making a decision. We even got a better deal at the other store! I hope the staff at Coast can read this review, learn from it and treat future customers better instead of taking everyone that walks through their store for granted.

Add a lot of patience to the mix, and it makes it the best salesperson ever. We also needed Hoda’s assistance, she was helpful and delightful to deal with. We purchased a fridge and dishwasher.

Richard Wylie was very helpful in the selection of the right models for my 24-year old townhouse kitchen. He also gave me good advice to prepare for the new units which included how I might proceed with removing my old above-the-range microwave and tiling a small backsplash in the resulting space behind it. Delivery of the new appliances went smoothly and Richard recommended using Han Appliance Ltd. for the installation of the hood fan. Chris and Fernando from Han Appliance Ltd. arrived the next day to do the installation of the hood fan. They did an excellent job and having two men to do the installation really made it go smoothly. Chris was happy to use the power cord that Richard suggested I buy at Home Depot and Chris even shortened it from the 9' length to a more practical 3' or so. Chris was very thorough and I was especially impressed that he tested the outlet in the cupboard before finishing. It turned out that the outlet had been wired incorrectly 24 years ago and that the polarity was reversed! Chris took the time to re-wire it correctly and make it safe. The added cost of having professionals do the installation was really worth it.
