★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, great staff. All the cats were super happy and chill in nice big rooms with towers and blankies and big windows so they can get some sun and air. Love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in my experience with Comfie Cat. We went to PetSmart in Orillia to adopt and wound up with a cute little cat who had barely any information on her. We thought she was going to be a great cat but that didn't last long. She attacked my partner, and our other pets a week and a half after getting her so we went to take her back and the owner at Comfie Cat said she couldn't refund us the money. The owner also told us she would take the cat to the vet for a check up and call us with information about her. She never called us back and left us hanging. They don't disclose all information about the cat that would be valuable to know in making a decision to adopt so we felt like we had been played out of $175 that wouldn't be refunded...so I guess they got a very handsome donation from us. Very unhappy with how this was dealt with and honestly will never recommend anyone to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Comfie Cat Shelter saved my sanity!!! Due to my new grandson developing a severe allergy to cats, I searched high and low for a "No- kill" shelter for my baby Fiona. The shelter took my kitty in and I feel she will find her new Fur-ever home and be loved as much as we loved her.. Having cats all my life I am glad to find a safe haven for my kitty when this unforeseen malady has happened. Thank you for doing such a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to see about adopting a 1 year old cat named Thor and the staff there went out of their way to make sure we had all the information about the little guy. The staff couldn't do enough to help us with the adoption process they were genuine and very happy when we left with him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I would like to apologize for my recent comment , this shelter and the people who run it are so amazing! They care for the animals and the people! I sadly had to surrender my cat due to it being sick and I didn't have the finances to take care of her , but the women at this shelter helped me so much! They took her in and sadly my cat died from being sick but they did everything the could for her! Special thanks to barb! She is so nice! She has kept me in the loop about our cat and I couldn't be more grateful!

Unfortunately she passed away but they did all they could for her! Big shout out to barb for keeping me in the loop about what my cat was sick with I can't thank u enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we had to surrender our cat Storm as she has become very violent during the pandemic. We are at a loss and have tried just about every avenue to figure out why her personality has change so much. Our family and kids have grown up with her and we are so sad that it had to come to this but hoping that the Comfy Cat Shelter can figure out what is going on and fingers crossed find her another home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking in our beloved cat Storm.... Our hearts are broken ??. We have been dealing with this for a long time but can't continue living in fear or feeling like we are walking on egg shells in our own home. We love you so much Storm ♥️?⬛.
