Need better staff to deal with customer's with respect.
And over charging on things thats not owner of pets fault.
Also to send a e mail to owners to remind about dog/cat licenses

β β β β β The staff and volunteers at the Regina Humane Society are helpful and knowledgeable. They are kind, caring and compassionate. Only concern I have is that the cage size is small for dogs. Overall, they are doing a good job! Thank you

β β β β β Have to admit, they are quite excellent. Expect to adopt a dog for $350 if that's what you want, to give away(surrender) your pet is $50
I got my new puppy there and that include almost all shots and will always be sterilized (spayed/ neutered) you get a free Vet check with most vets around Regina.

β β β β β Had to make a very hard decision to put my dog up for adoption and trust them with him. I told them heβs never aggressive. Loves dogs and is just protective and needs more stability and training. The ensured me he would be taken care of and loved. Said the last resort is euthanasia. We were connected at the hip. I took him into the dog cages and it was horrific. They cages were cement with a towel for dogs to lay on. So dirty, musty and wet. Everyday was barking and crying. It was horrible to leave him in there but I knew he would be adopted so fast. The lady said I could call anytime and they would tell me how heβs doing and if heβs okay. I did that but they said they couldnβt disclose any information. I then emailed my complaint and they told me they had to euthanize him. He wasnβt even in there for a week and they put him down. I will never trust that place. I will never recommend that to anyone. Horrible communication. Never told me where the body went or the exact date. Just said he was aggressive. But he was always good with new people especially with treats. Very disappointed and will forever love with guilt.

β β β β β My two cats were fixed here through a program for low-income households and they did an amazing job, despite the wait list I was still able to get them in much sooner than I expected. When picking my cats up they gave me extensive info on what to lookout for during their recovery etc. Their stitches were done so well and itβs like nothing happened to them, within the same day they were back to their normal happy non-hormonal selves!! The vet even called after surgery to let me know the cats were pretty eager to get home and we could come sooner than pickup time. This is such a stress off my shoulders and the customer care was really all there. Thank you so much <3
