R	Remy Darling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such beautiful, sweet animals, well loved, well cared for, and healthy. Clean and wonderfully informative and helpful staff. We just got our new kitten from them four days ago. He was neutered, had all his shots and vaccines, was treated for ear mites and was even micro-chipped, so we'll never lose him and he'll never lose us! He's just over three months old, is adorable, loving, and is socialized! He has quite the personality, likes to 'talk' -- and his 'cone of shame' comes off tomorrow! Everyone was so friendly, and originally we just went in to 'play with some fuzzy cuties' and get some 'fuzz therapy' after a tough week. As soon as we walked in and passed the very first window, I saw a cream, and orange kitten with the pinkest nose and ears, who as soon as he saw us, jumped up to the window to greet us, and I thought, "Oh dang. We're getting a kitten." So much for 'just visiting' to play with some fuzzy cuties. LOL Thank you to everyone for our newest, softest, sweetest family member, Doug!

R	Rose Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my pup spayed here and the surgery went great with no complications during her recovery process. It took about 6 months on the wait list before I was able to make an appointment but it was well worth the wait considering how inexpensive the service was ($180 for a large breed dog). It took about 4 days to receive a call back to book an appointment. I would recommend emailing regarding any changes to scheduling over calling the clinic, as they don’t answer the phones due to how busy they are daily. There was a long line of people in the morning for the spay/neuter check-in however it went extremely smoothly and fast. The check-in time was between 8-8:30 and pickup was between 3-4, which also went very smoothly. We got both the cone and the surgical onesie because of my dog’s habit of nipping at her itches. The surgical onesie ripped in three days so I would recommend opting for a soft cone over the hard plastic ones they sell here, as they make your pup’s recovery even more uncomfortable than it already is. Overall, the service went great at such an affordable price that I would recommend it to anyone who is on a budget.

F	Frank A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment to get my cats fixed pre covid and the locked down happened was told I would get a call/email back when they were to reopen....well it's been 2 years since and never got any correspondence in regards to this and now they have a waiting list that is full and will probably never get a chance. This is ridiculous as it's 2 years later and still using covid as an excuse....thanks for the assistance I ended up paying almost triple the amount cause I don't want my cat to suffer. Just wanted to also mention of the multiple email I sent and never got any response back.
