★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off our dog for a 2 night stay. Was told to pick him up at 4pm the earliest. Then they charged us for 3 nights instead of 2 and would not refund the 3rd night. Also asked for the dogs nails to be trimmed and they did not do this either. If the pick up time is 4pm or later how can they charge for a 3rd night. Definitely would not recommend. Manager was also too busy to call us back. Dirty smelly place with horrible service.
