The employees didn’t really care about the job. I was told the business was bleeding money and need payment like day before the work was completed, I said when the job is done. Funny, same story was told to 2 other people I know. Payment was needed immediately. Left a mess in the yard “due to winter”. I have 3 windows in an alcove, all previous windows were square and looked good. The new windows looked crooked, this was blamed on the house, this was not fixed. Conversations were had, and They / I just left it the way it was. I wasn’t happy about that. Another vendor in town goes the extra mile, paints the trim, caulked the gaps, this wasn’t included from northern performance. All in all, an okay place. - update 2022/03, had a wonderful chat from the new owner?. They offered to make whatever was wrong right. (I won’t take them up on this offer, as it is not right imo) good luck with the business!

Their products are of excellent quality and their employees are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are friendly knowledgeable and and professional and always ensure everything is done to perfection. Great products and great people to deal with.

Went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction installing new windows and doors in a 60+ year old cottage. The crew were timely, polite and conscientious of our property. Overall, very pleased with the work and would recommend!

We have had many in the neighborhood over the years stop and ask us who put our windows in. Definitely recommend! Also my Dad bought a cheap door and this company was kind enough to come and install it for him even though this door wasn't a good fit for the frame and he was told this. They went ahead and installed the door and a window on our garage. Part of the aluminum frame started to buckle. There was no warranty on the work done or obviously the door they didn't provide. However when I called them, I explained everything to them and they kindly came back and fixed the areas the best that they could considering what they had to work with and they came the day that I called. Very professional business to hire and their work shows it. Would we hire them again? Absolutely! 10 ⭐ rating in our books!
